Modern 1 bedroom + loft, 5 minute walk from town center with parking, a/c.

I am looking to book the weeks of August 10-24 together.

Bright, modern, 1 bedroom + loft floor through features 14 foot ceilings and multiple skylights, a private deck with seating for 3 and a gas grille all facing a landscaped, fenced in courtyard.

To stay cool there are 2 ceiling fans plus central air-conditioning and a dehumidifier. This is a year round unit and has region controlled electric heat.

No need to bring extra clothes as there is an in unit washer/dryer. A new washing machine with handy quick wash cycles installed February 2022.

Main room is a combination living/dining area. It has HD YouTubeTV with a new 55 inch 4K smart TV, smart Blu-ray player and Apple TV for watching movies, listening to music and video streaming plus wireless internet and 5.1 surround sound system. Streaming app's include MAX, Disney, HULU and Apple TV. DVD library included as well.

Dining room table has seating for three.

Separate kitchen has granite counter tops, generous cabinet space, a full size refrigerator and stove, plus a dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker, blender, toaster oven, waffle maker, iron and mini food processer.

Private, good sized bedroom with a door has a new queen mattress/box spring and IKEA wardrobes and is on the first floor.

Stairs lead up to loft with a full size bed, additional storage plus a skylight. There is even a small desk with a stool.

Bathroom features a shower stall with a waterfall shower head plus a beautiful sink and a new tile floor. There is also a wall sized cupboard behind the full length mirror as well as additional storage under the sink.

Deck furniture has seating for three and a gas grille. Beautiful flower boxes are also seasonally planted.

Unit is a 5 minute walk from town center and ferries but is in a secluded, fenced in, very quiet, beautifully landscaped setting.

Unit has three beach towels and three beach chairs plus an umbrella.

Parking for one car available as is a bike rack. There is no guest parking. Please note that any oversized vehicles, such as a truck, may need to park off premises.

Far Land provisions is next door and sells great sandwiches, baked good, prepared food, beer and wine and is open all year round.

I have a $125 cleaning fee

My guest limit is maximum of three. Add a baby at no extra charge. Credit card is my preferred method of payment. It is the safest method for all parties

Full refund available up to 60 days before check in.

As of Jan 1, 2019 Massachusetts has implemented a 14.45% room tax.
