Very nice condo and great amenities in building. Good location, great beach access, and large covered parking garage with dedicated unload/load area close to carts.We enjoyed watching huge groups of Rays swim by in the morning, fished off the pier, relaxed on the beach, shopped and ate around Pier Park, and went to Gulf Coast Jam. Condo was within a mile or two to all of it! Very good week!

Everything was great per the room only bad thing was the elevator took too long to get an elevator up and down 10-15minutes every time sometime it even passed you up occasionally

I’m so glad that you found the condo to be exactly what you wanted for your vacation. The HOA is replacing all of the elevators to be high speed elevators, and they have already replaced four of the seven elevators in the main building in both of the garage elevators. They are currently replacing the main three elevators in the tower that my condo is in, and that will definitely help the elevator situation within the next six months.

The kids loved the pool and hot tubs and the beautiful view of the ocean from our room. We will definitely be back and rent from Nancy love. She was wonderful and very easy to work with and fast at responding with any questions or concerns.

Excellent communication. Kitchen was stocked with cooking supplies. You will need your own coffee and cooking essentials but the place is very nice. There is a Starbucks on property also a restaurant. Very nice place.

Excellent family getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Nancy was very communicative before and during our stay, and even called to check on us and make sure we were happy with everything. We have vacationed in this area several times and Nancy’s condo is by far the best we’ve stayed at. It is the perfect family getaway spot!

Nancy was a great at giving all the information you need! Great check in! Drove right to the unloading area, check-in, room was great, and on the beach in no time at all! Perfect Spring Break Stay

Nancy's condo was a perfect spot for our family! It was clean and spacious! The location, a 1/2 mile to Pier Park, was perfect. Easy walk for dinner or shopping! The view was spectacular. Our kids really enjoyed the beach and even getting on the banana boat to go out parasailing. We would definitely stay here again!
