Experience authentic Santa Fe history in this 1880s Territorial-style adobe home, registered as a New Mexico Cultural Property and located just a 5-minute stroll from the Plaza.



The light-filled interior features high ceilings, wood and Saltillo tile floors, a skylit Talavera tile kitchen, and two wood-burning kiva fireplaces—one in the main living space and one in the primary king suite. Outside, private shaded courtyards with brick pavers and a gas grill provide an inviting setting for morning coffee or evening dining.



Modern conveniences include central air conditioning, full laundry facilities, and two off-street parking spaces.

The house is lovely, very clean, and well maintained. The property manager was very responsive to a minor maintenance issue that had no effect on our comfort. The neighborhood is very pleasant, and it’s an easy walk to the Santa Fe plaza. We were completely satisfied.

This property is amazing. We have stayed there 3 or 4 times. Management is so professional. They stay in touch with you, check in and out is easy, fresh flowers are on the table, tourist info is available, directions for everything are posted and are very clear. There are 2 fireplaces, lovely outside spaces, fully stocked kitchen- with lovely, colorful dish ware. The art is so much fun. It really adds to the ambiance. We really like the location- get anywhere easily. No complaints and we can’t wait to go back.

Always a fun visit

Have stayed here before and love it. Perfect for walks into town. House is beautiful, well stocked and super clean. Patio and porch are where you can spend the entire day, if you wish.

Lovely inviting home. Clean, kitchen extremely well stocked with everything you would need, wonderful floor plan, comfortable beds. The outdoor patio was peaceful to sit and enjoy the late afternoon/evening. Utilized the grill for meals. Location was perfect, close to the a square and a shot drive to other attractions.

Great Location

Loved this place for our annual girls vacation. Easy walk to the Plaza and great outdoor area. Sofa bed needs replacing, it was really hard to pull out and put back together. I would stay at this place again.

Charming Historical home

Well decorated and well stocked this home really hit the mark. They also had a great patio to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening and coffee in the morning. We were 2 couples used to nice places and this hit the mark. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!

My longtime college friend enjoyed our stay at Tres Puertas. The home was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The location allowed us to easily walk to the Plaza and Canyon Road and it was only a short drive to Museum Hill. We definitely would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being able to walk to the museums and plaza are a big plus. It was too cold for us to enjoy the outdoor amenities, but the rest of the house is lovely. It’s such an old structure that every doorway has a different threshold and many things aren’t perfectly square or level. We liked these quirks, but this might not be a great choice for someone with balance issues.

Great place!

House was just as described, spacious and very pretty. Chairs and sofa very comfortable, ottomans to put up one's feet after a long day walking and lamps for reading. Beds very comfortable. Porch with rockers great for relaxing with a beer. The Plaza with shops and restaurants was close enough to walk. It was an awesome place to stay.
