Great property in quiet neighborhood with 20 minute access to Bourbon by trolley. Trolley was an easy, cost effective way to get around the city.Lots of really neat coffee shops, restaurants and bakeries in the area.Highly recommend!!
This was a PERFECT location. We found parking right away, and was easy to unload our things. The street car was about a 2 minute walk. We enjoyed this place and will be back for sure!
The house was lovely and perfectly located. Although we had an issue with the lock, Rebecca was very responsive, and had it fixed quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
Wonderful stay! Perfect as a central location to explore as the area is very walkable and only 2 blocks from streetcar stops. The home is a perfect size with a layout that can accommodate groups with ease, and everything is included for an extended stay. Would definitely recommend and can't wait to come back again.

Nice location. Comfortable home
The home was located in a great area. Close to the street car stop on St Charles
Beautiful place, perfect for 2 couples. There was a secluded outdoor patio for enjoying a drink and the evening breeze. Large living room and plenty of seating around the table. Spacious well stocked kitchen, 2 full baths and laundry facilities.
House was everything we needed. Is in a nice quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants and bars. We especially liked the wine store/deli across the street. The house was very clean with two nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Very cozy. Very nice little patio in the back. We hope to stay there again.

Weekend getaway
The location of the property was excellent. Great neighborhood and easy to get anywhere from. We enjoyed the space. Did not have WiFi access the entire time and there was confusion trying to get it fixed. Property owner did provide a small refund for the issue. Overall good experience.
Located close to garden District. Just minutes to downtown. Walking distance to St Charles Av, street cars.
It was a Wonderful home for for the three of us. Lots of fun things to do nearby. Intrigue by the banana tree on patio area. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.
We stayed in this property for 4 nights. Location was great and it was easy to communicate with the host. Any questions asked were addressed almost immediately. There are 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom. The larger bedroom has a King size bed while the smaller bedroom has a full/queen size bed. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped and met our needs. We recommend this property if you are looking for a safe and convenient place
This home was 8 minutes from my niece's wedding venue. 4 adults (my husband and me, and my brother and his wife). Gorgeous home, well equipped and in the garden district. Across the street from Martin's wine store and Cafe (fantastic lunch at the deli) Highly recommend this home!
Great place!
Walk to just about anything you need. 2 blocks from St. Charles streetcar which we took to the Zoo one day and the Quarter the next. Has everything you need. Loved having a drink in the courtyard at night after a long day. The street gets a little busy in the morning so there was a fair amount of noise. Very quiet at night. Overall a great place!
This is a great location near the St Charles streetcar and walkable to buses. Lucy Boone Ice cream. There was plenty of room for all 4 of us, the kitchen was well supplied with utensils and the back patio was a great hang at night. Lucy Boone Ice Cream. Easy parking on the street and easily accessible restaurants nearby or convenient followed by Lucy Boone Ice Cream. Very quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again. There is always one place that catches you each visit - being half a block away was awesome.
The renter cancelled the day before with zero reason. Awful rental

I am sincerely sorry that your reservation had to be cancelled. It is not something I ever want to do and not something I or any host takes lightly. Unfortunately there are rare instances as with your reservation when the reservation must be cancelled. I communicated through VRBO to let you know and so they could work to find a different location to accommodate you. Again, I am very sorry.
2 couples staying together had a wonderful visit to NOLA - close enough to walk to several walk to dining locations and also to great wine store across the street that also had a sandwich shop so we used both to our advantage - Also ordered pizza for next door pick up that was fantastic for late nite when we got back and OMG - that Ice cream shop!!! - We did utilize the street car system nearby - that DOES take some planning and time so put some thought into that if you have a schedule to keep - but a lot cheaper than Lyfts - the rental itself - laundry came in handy - separate bedrooms w/separate bathrooms worked out great for us - we did not end up using the patio cause we kept going to this bar/fancy place down the street called Columns for happy hour and the wine shop across the street was great for the end of the day relaxing - Would highly recommend this VRBO for a relaxing NOLA get away that's NOT right in the middle of festivals or loud parties - yep - loved it. - thank you!
Overall, good experience. We appreciate the early check in which was appreciated for the Mardi Gras holiday. We had a non-functioning garbage disposal that was quickly addressed. We appreciated the prompt attention to this issue. There was ample amount of towels, very accessible washer, dryer and dishwasher. Appreciate the laundry detergent, dryer sheets and dishwashing soap. Full bathroom amenities too. Cute back patio and pizza shop two doors down. For Mardi Gras, this street corner was a popular area for many to hang around especially because of the pizzeria. So noise level was higher than expected. Parking was a challenge so we limited use of the cars due to MG. Only feedback is to provide a clean rental. The fridge, kitchen and some utensils were found to be dirty or used. This was disappointing consider how much we paid. These areas were quickly cleaned by us at the start of the rental and again at end of our time there. Overall, we had a good stay.

Angela,
Thank you for your feedback and I'm happy to know that you enjoyed your stay. I do apologize that there were a few things that missed the mark for you. I appreciate your level of communication during your stay to let me know about the issue with the disposal. It was definitely not expected and I'm glad we were able to get someone out to fix it within 4 hours on Mardi Gras weekend.
I take your feedback very seriously and I have already debriefed my cleaning crew to address your concerns. I do want to clarify the comment about a dirty refrigerator. Your reference to dirty is to unopened condiments or unopened beverages left in the refrigerator from the previous guests. We have found that some guests appreciate that we are not being wasteful. I will make sure to let future guests know so they are aware ahead of time.
We are always working to improve guests experiences. We couldn't do that without communication like yours. Thank you and I hope that you will return to stay with us again in the future
Best,
Rebecca
The house was fine and in a wonderful location. I was worried about parking, especially on the weekend but no issues. My only complaint is there was stuff left in the microwave from past tenants.....and communication with the host was almost non existent. But if looking for something close to uptown and the garden district, it's a great spot.
