This property was disgusting, filthy, and unsanitary. Every room had dirty marks/stains all over the walls. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, and there was a wad of paper stuck at the top of the shower wall. We also found a mold ball inside a lamp, and what looked like vomit (or something similar) on a chair. The kitchen was just as bad — no silverware, and they left a dirty coffee cup with food still on it. The dishwasher smelled rotten and didn’t work, and the bedroom TV didn’t work either.TV in master didn’t work just had blurred lines on it All the rugs you see in the photos - do not exist anywhere in the house . We called immediately and they offered to send someone to clean, but it should have been clean before we arrived. No one should be renting this place — do not be fooled by the photos

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
Pros:The location is the absolute best! Easily walkable to Harrods, museums, wonderful restaurants and shops. We were 5 females traveling and felt very safe. The building is secured with double keypad entry requirements. The apt is very roomy and airy. You get wonderful sunlight throughout. Host allowed an early check in for our group which was much appreciated after an 11 hour flight.Cons:The place was not very clean. Twin bed had stains on the comforter, queen bed had someone else's leftover hairs underneath the comforter between sheets. Bathroom floors needed mopping/sweeping. We ended up going to Mark & Spencers on first night to buy new fitted and flat sheets and pillow cases (an unexpected expense). This location is great, but is in need of a DEEP clean. We went over all the kitchen space and bathrooms with our own cleaning wipes and were quite disappointed. Please note that the apt is on top/next to a casino/restaurant. So you will get some noise in the late night/early morning hours.I would easily have given this place 5 stars had it been properly cleaned before occupancy.
This beautiful, clean and spacious three bedroom is extremely convenient to the S Kensington and Gloucester stations. Great place for families with open kitchen and den floor plan. We had three 20 year old children that loved the set up. Knightsbridge and Kensington shopping areas and Hyde Park are easily walkable. It is a lovely 25 minute walk through Chelsea to the Cadogan Pier and the Uber Boats. That was a splendid change of pace from the tube into Wincester, Central London and South Bank. It was easy to get to the location via the Piccadilly line from Heathrow. The beds were all comfortable and we slept well. Great base for London exploring. We spent 8 days wandering in Kensington, Westminster, Central London, SoHo, Bermondsey, Mayfair/Marlybone, South Bank Camden and Shoreditch. Owner was very helpful, thoughtful and responsive.
This was a good apartment for family in a fantastic location. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Very easy walk to the South Kensington tube and bus stops. Right next to Natural History Museum and V&A Museum. The apartment itself is a modern 3br/2/ba. It’s not perfect, little things need attention but it suited the needs of our family. We are not high maintenance so we didn’t mind. Things like not enough dishes for more than 3 people. The washer/dryer is shockingly small, but maybe that’s normal for Europe? The window was left open and a pigeon made a small mess in the apartment. Scuffs on the wall and marks on the floor. A couple light bulbs were out. We ended up buying laundry soap, hand soap, more tp. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But it was modern and clean, very convenient. Overall a nice place to stay for a group of 5.
Ten days in this lovely, airy 3 bdrm flat. Location directly across from Natural History Museum, Science, and V & A. Very quiet after museum closings. Coming out to right is S. Kensington tube station & bus stops within 1 block. To the left is Gloucester Station tube within 2 blocks-- large Waitrose grocery at this station, with a pharmacy also. Both stops on Circle and District lines. Tube is easy with apple pay on your phone! Bus 74 to Harrods (few blocks), and C-1 to return. You can go anywhere in the city from this flat, & the nearby casino is a marker for Uber to pick up. Flat was amply provided with bedding and bath towels, & infant cot if needed. Appears quite recently upgraded with new bathrooms, & new kitchen appliances (range top, microwave, wall oven, small dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, dual washer/dryer unit, coffee pod unit, kettle.) Plenty of utensils, pans and plates (23!), but has a lack of ordinary cereal bowls and glassware. Starter supply of soaps and TP. A few small maintenance issues manifested-- freezer needs defrosted, outer door handle, window blinds, brief water outage (host communicated), broken table fans-- but I truly believe these are minor given the overall location & condition of the flat. The only issue that could be difficult for those with limited mobility and heavy bags is the entrance-- 8 steps up to building door, then 3 odd small flights of "up, down, up" to get to the elevator/ lift. I would definitely stay here again, & family agrees!
Great location, a roomy three bedroom, two bathroon 3rd floor (with a lift) flat. Its not in brand new condition, but is clean, quiet and comfortable. Made a great place for a family weekend break. Host checked in via whatsapp to ensure we had what we needed - the keycodes are for the electronic door handle not the keybox (which you don't need to bother with!).
