Villa Giulia- near the lake with whirlpool and private access to the beach.

Villa Giulia is the perfect location for a family or group of friends that would like to spend a relaxing and easy holiday. The house is located a few steps away from Pisenze, one of the most beautiful beaches on Lake Garda. The house is surrounded by a large, well-fenced garden and has a patio where you can enjoy meals and barbecue while admiring the lake. There will be placed an outdoor heated (by request) whirlpool. Air conditioning, wi-fi and smart TV are available.

For stays of at least 10 nights we offer a change of towels and bed linen and. If you have any special needs or restrictions, please let us know before booking so that we can advise you on choosing the most suitable accommodation.

Cleaning procedure: we sanitise all the house using product labeled with PMC ( Presidio Medico Chirurgico ), which are the only approved products to kill bacteria/virus.
Moreover on request we can make an Ozone treatment which is one of the world's best non-chemical sanitisers and smell removal. This machine allow to deeply purify a room, even all the textile, mattress, pillows… It eliminates all bacteria and virus that a previous guest might have left.
The price for this service, as well as for the eventual heating of the hot tub, will be calculated on request.

Pets are welcome, but we do not accept more than 2 dogs/cats and charge €100 fee for 1 and €150 for 2 pets.
The jacuzzi heating costs is €150/week.

Super Lage - aber viel zu teuer!

Am Ferienhaus zahlt man eigentlich nur die Lage, die wirklich super ist. Das Haus als solches ist eher schlicht und sporadisch eingerichtet, teilweise lieblos mit billigen und in die Jahre gekommene n Möbeln. Leider war auf der Terrasse nicht einmal ausreichend Sitzmobiliar vorhanden, wir mussten auf billigen alten Klappstühlen sitzen. Auch der Garten war ungepflegt. Der Preis ist viel zu ambitioniert angesetzt und entspricht eher einer 3 Sterne Unterkunft! Die Betreuung war aber gut und die Lage herausragend. Die Einrichtung und der Garten (Pool) waren ungepflegt und teilweise marode. Für den Preis ist das Haus nicht zu empfehlen!

Dear Katja, thanks for your review and pointing out about the good location and service. I can agree when you write that some of the furniture is not great, but I want clarify that there are 6 chairs in the terrace (to me they are good chairs), 8 chairs in the living area, 6 chairs in the kitchen. Moreover there are 4 sunbeds and 4 deck chair. The pool is not new, but it had a quite complete mantainance last winter so everything is working well. Nevertheless we will keep working to make this villa more cozy and comfortable and I am very sorry that you were not completely satisfied. All the best, Laura
