Shell Beach Seaview Vista with Breathtaking Views of the Ocean and Foothills

This lovely Spanish style home is located in the quiet and most desirable neighborhood of Shell Beach. In this neighborhood area, the City of Pismo Beach requires a minimum stay of 30 nights for vacation rentals. Most of the homes in this neighborhood belong to permanent residents.

Seaview is a spacious home with 3 bedrooms on the lower level, a quiet place to sleep while others can be upstairs enjoying TV, games, cooking, etc. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom with a large shower fit for two. A second bedroom has a queen size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The queen room and twin room share a bathroom with a shower and tub. Upstairs there is a room with a comfortable sofa bed, closet and a half bath.

This charming home is the perfect vacation getaway.. With ocean views from the kitchen, balcony and the incredible roof top patio, you may never want to leave. But if you do, within walking distance are a myriad of choices for shops, restaurants, the tide pools and Dinosaur Park. In the evening, a two-block walk will give you a front row seat to the world famous Pismo Beach sunsets. Seaview Vista is beautifully furnished and complete with all the modern amenities needed for a soothing, tranquil stay or an unsurpassed adventure as you explore the surrounding locale.

Just a half block away from Seaview is the historically famous and popular Dinosaur Park. This ocean view park has all kinds of child oriented equipment, vast expanses of green grass for games of all kinds, as well as picnics and kite flying. The park is also the site of frequent special events, such as the first Sunday of the month Art in the Park, occasional musical events featuring well known performers, and special holiday, child centered events for Halloween and Easter.

The rooftop is the best place to view the annual Fourth of July fireworks. It is a favorite place to take your binoculars, relax and watch the graceful pelicans flying in the air and yes, even see the humpback whales who frequent this coastal area. Our guests love to watch the occasional space launches from the nearby Vandenberg Air Base.

Seaview is the perfect vacation spot to read and relax with your family. Seaview Vista has a sunny reading room with books of many genres. Our "bring one, take one, leave one" policy contributes to a very well stocked library. We also provide books on the history of the Pismo Beach area, as well as books to inspire and inform your exploration of this scenic area. Comfy places to read include the reading room, lounge chairs on the rooftop deck, as well as comfy chairs on the two second level patios. The charming 76 year old Shell Beach Library is just a few blocks from Seaview and offers all kinds of special programs for adults and children.

Seaview has a reputation for being the "cleanest home" our guests have ever stayed. We do employ a "cleaning couple" who are well known for above and beyond techniques that keep this home in amazing condition.

We regret to say, pets are no longer allowed due to the increase of allergies to pet dander that lingers in the air and on the furniture even when it is regularly cleaned.
