Beautiful apartment at the entrance to Almuñécar’s historic district on the iconic Plaza de la Rosa. A 2-minute walk from Puerta del Mar Beach. It features a living room with an open-concept kitchen, 1 bedroom, and a bathroom. Fully equipped. It’s also a 5-minute walk from the Municipal Market and City Hall. The area has a subtropical climate with temperatures ranging from 18°C in winter to 30°C in summer.
Aqua Tropic Water Park is 5 minutes from the house. A golf course is 13 km from the property. The Sierra Nevada Ski Resort is 1 hour away. Diving schools and diving sites are 5 km away.

ein sehr zuverlässiger Gastgeber, die Unterkunft war für mich sehr schön und vorallem sauber. Eine hervorragende Lage , direkt in der Innenstadt und in 2 min ist man direkt am Strand - das Apartment liegt in einer echt ruhigen Gegend , auch die Nachbarn im Haus sehr freundlich… komme sehr gerne wieder.,
