Please book Friday to Friday. Sleeps 13 in beds and 2 on couches. Each double bed is a Queen > this site does not use the word Queen. Enjoy a comfortable, quiet, cottage nestled in nature, with access to a 7 lake chain (great for fishing!); explore on a canoe, or peddle-boat. Full kitchen with dishwasher, stove & microwave, outdoor BBQ. Free WIFI, HDMI hookup with a large-screen tv's. Secondary lounge area in walkout basement also with HDMI hookup and large-screen tv. Enjoy the device charging cables. New Laundry and extra beer fridge. As a matter of liability renters need their own life jackets and please remember to bring bedding/sleeping bags and towels. Exterior Security Camera's.

Great place

Great location, clean cottage, canoes, peddle boat and kayaks so much fun. Great friendly neighbors. I would have brought my apple box or laptop just to watch the news, but it was great to unplug! Great weather and fantastic lake system. Even caught trout!

One of our favourite cottages!

We had a wonderful week at the cottage! The property is lovely, spacious and peaceful. So much for the children to do, even when out of the water: badminton, swing set, many games... The fishing was also super, which my husband and kids loved. We caught fish every day! The boat launch was right around the corner which was also handy. The owners were also quick to respond and very helpful. We will definitely come back again! The only thing I missed was a washing machine, since for longer stays it would have been nice to be able to do a load. (especially with kids!) Thank-you for a wonderful week!

Great Getaway

The place was perfect and great for a getaway. The cottage had everything needed to make the stay comfortable. There is even great outdoor lighting if you wanted to sit by the dock or deck. Definitely will be going back.

We were not told to bring blankets. It was cold at nite

Property was great as was the waterfront. More detail into what to bring. Ie blankets clear garbage bags and cylinder coffee filters We had a lot of fun but we can’t change the weather

Perfect time away

We are in love with this home. In fact one of our kids broke down when we had to leave because she wants this to be her new house. All the little touches made such a difference: plentiful bug spray, life jackets, kid friendly DVDs, cozy decor. Plus the bigger stuff: the boats, the playground, the pig pong table. Host was responsive and helpful. We swam in the lake and relaxed by the fire pit. Only thing that we wished for would have been a washer-dryer. Wish we were still there!

Great time on Beaver Lake/Kawarta

We had a nice experience there, the cottage was spacious, clean, had everything we needed to have a perfect mini vacation on cottage country! I warmly recommend it!
