We had a wonderful long weekend in the Waterline. We were able to walk everywhere - shops, restaurants, galleries - from the fabulous location on Bearskin Neck in Rockport. Matt, our host, left nothing out. The apartment was well designed and equipped with our every need. We will definitely return!

Fabulous VRBO!

We absolutely loved staying here. It was great to be in the center of the Bearskin Neck area of Rockport. The apartment was charming and had everything we needed. I was a bit worried because there was no parking on site, but we found ample parking an extremely short distance away—even I, with 5 joint replacements had no trouble with the parking! I would definitely stay here again. Definitely a five star experience in my book!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Rockport! The location couldn't be better, right in the middle of everything. I was initially a bit concerned about parking, but it turned out to be no issue at all. The place was clean, comfortable, and a perfect fit for out family of 4. We'd gladly stay here again on a future visit to Rockport.

Shades and Curtains didn’t completely block some of the windows.The stall shower is minimum size and not very comfortable for me or my wife.The bathroom sink drain drained slowly for higher volume water.Beds were comfortable.Tv was somewhat complicated to use.I’m used to turning on a tv and turn to the regular channels immediately.The rest of the accommodation was fine for an old seaport house.

What a treat. Perfect location to pretty much everything. Food, shops, and beautiful views. Parking is tricky, but we figured it out and did just fine. As an added bonus a film crew was building a film set directly in front of our unit. We even had the crew walk in on us one evening. They told us our unit was to be in the film….cool. Everything in the unit was as it should be. Loved our stay.
