2 bedroom Penthouse Apartment on the Golf

This apartment has stunning views across the golf course, a sea view as well as mountain views and you can view all this at the same time from the roof terrace, where you can soak up the sun or relax and watch the sunrise and the sunset!
The apartment consists of a large lounge/diner, separate fully kitchen, bathroom with shower and two bedrooms sleeping 4 people. There is dining in the lounge, on the lounge terrace and on the roof terrace.
There is a flat screen TV with an internet based TV system with a variety of channels. Free internet/wifi access is available.
The large communal pool is just outside the property. The location is just a few minutes walk from the Elba Palace 5* hotel, golf course and clubhouse. The apartment is within walking distance, approx 15 mins, of the Atlantico Commercial Centre where you will find restaurants, a supermarket, ten pin bowling/arcade, cinema and many shops. Taxi is about 5€ to Caleta town.
A car is not essential as the property is 10 mins transfer time from the airport (taxi is approx. 15-20€). But if you want to explore the island then hiring a car is the way to go!

IMPORTANT: In response to COVID-19, this property has extended cleaning & disinfection measures & protocols to guarantee the safety of our guests. We have also at this point in time removed games, books and similar items that would ordinarily be available to minimise any risks of cross-contamination.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment with great views over the golf course and out to sea from both terraces. Very quiet location. We hired a car to get about as we are older but the Atlántico shopping Centre and beach are within walking distant (15-20 mins) for those more energetic than us. The only down side is the shower head needs replacing, which we reported. Also for 4 people staying I would prefer to see 4 of each type of glass and cup/mug rather than a mish-mash of items/sizes.Booking and check-in were easy and Kim and Nick were available when we needed them.We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this apartment.

Second stay at this great apartment!

We stayed at the apartment a couple of years ago & were so pleased to be able to book again this February. Since our first stay the apartment has had a refresh & the standard of everything we found to be really good. It’s a great location to walk into town for bars, restaurants, beach, supermarkets & for the golf courses. Our booking & arrival processes were very smooth & Kim supplied all the information needed well in advance & responded very quickly to any questions. We’ve stayed at quite a few different apartments/houses on fuerteventura golf & have found this apartment to be the best all round.

Winter break from the cold in the UK

We picked this apartment for the views and wow did it deliver. The bedroom looks out over the sea to the East and in the morning you can watch the sun rise. The solarium was peaceful and we used it so much that we will be back again next year. The walk into Caleta was gentle and down hill and it cost less than €3 to get a taxi back, when we hired a car in the second week there was plenty of parking right outside the door. As I said we will definitely be back

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt 18Tage im Mai. Alles war wie in der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wir empfehlen immer ein Mietwagen. Etwas außerhalb und das war was wir wollten.
