You are going to love this 3rd floor 2BR/2BA condo at Surfside II from Rent On Padre. From your Balcony, you look out over the lush courtyard and palm Trees. You are just steps away from the beach. This building is located on the corner of Gulf and Morningside on sunny South Padre Island. The beach access is just steps away, across Gulf Blvd. You will have your toes in the sand before you unpack!

From the Flat Screen TV's in every room, the free wireless internet, and the cheery details, you are going to enjoy staying at Surfside II #302. This 2BR/2BA condo sleeps up to 6 people. The main bedroom has a King size bed and a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom. You also have sleeper sofa. This condo has a full kitchen, newly remodeled, for you to enjoy your meals in and nearby restaurants for your meals out. The courtyard has several charcoal grills to use while you enjoy the pool and hot tub. You also have your own private washer and dryer.

Surfside II is pet friendly with a 25 pound weight limit over 1 year old. Please contact us directly for pet approval.

Please note, this condo does not allow Spring Break Students. During the month of March through Easter, this condo is a family only rental. Young groups will not be allowed to rent here

Great Little Getaway!

The stay here was very nice. Everything was clean and we were both very comfortable. The property was very quiet, pool was nice for nightly swims. I would definitely recommend staying here! Only caution is be careful how much you pack lol. I am an over packer and we had to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs...other than that property is very close to the beach and very beautiful!

Great condo in a nice location!

We loved that this condo was in a nice location with just a short walk to the beach. It was about a three minute walk to the water, which was great! We also enjoyed that it was farther down the island so we were away from most of the hustle and bustle and it was not as crowded as the more popular part of the island. We’d definitely stay here again.

Springtime South Padre Island Vacation

We were very happy with our last minute vacation to South Padre Island. May is a great time to visit. The weather was great and not too busy. Our condo was very clean and in a great location with a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and the accomodations were like the photos online. The host was great to work with. Our favorite part was the large balcony with a great view for drinking our morning coffee. We highly recommend this condo for a small family.

The condo was clean, quiet, in a great location in regard to the beach and other island activities, and having your own washer/dryer was a game-changer!

Exactly what we needed

Easy to rent. We have two dogs, they allowed 2 dogs. Property was nice. Looked just like the pictures on line. A super short walk to the beach. Already talking about coming back.

This condo was a short walk to the beach. It provided everything we needed and was very comfortable. The pool was cold but it was also December. Thank you for the last minute approval!!

SPI location location

Location, location, location! If you’re looking for ease to the beach, avoid driving to local restaurants/bars, and a cozy place to rest when recovering from the sun this is the place. The condo came with everything you need minus beach chairs and towels. But we were prepared as we received an email with all the information with what to bring and what was already in place. Would book again and return!

Nice place but....

We stayed on the 3rd floor, no elevator, so lots of steps up & down with luggage, groceries, etc. Unpacked, loaded fridge and woke up next morning to a refrigerator that wasn't working at all. Called management, they brought us a cooler & ice hours later. By the end of the day, they relocated us to another unit in the building. Had to pack everything up again and move. We lost a days vacation due to this and were not compensated for the inconvenience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is good hands of management but it seemed that many items inside should have been upgraded a long time ago. For example, it's hard to imagine not to have a smart TV inside the house; it would make people enjoy their stay more when they are not at the beach or doing other activities and really want to watch a movie or something on Netflix or other streaming services. The sofa is very old and the dish washer is not working properly. In my opinion, the owner just needs to spend $1500 to make the condo become much more functional.
