Great Location

Great location for enjoying nearby restaurants and catching the Vaporetto to St Marks Square, the outlying islands, and the airport. Also a short walk to the train station.

Tutto positivo

L’appuntamento corrisponde alle foto pubblicate. La sala è ampia e luminosa, con arredi di gran gusto e confortevoli e un magnifico affaccio sul canale di Canareggio. Di sera c’è un gran baccano che arriva dai locali subito sotto le finestre, ma in questa stagione non è stato un problema, è bastato tenere tutte le finestre chiuse. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario. La camera è piccola ma comunque confortevole e affaccia sul cavedio, molto tranquillo. Il bagno è proprio molto piccolo e non vengono forniti gli asciugamani da bidet. L’appuntamento è al secondo piano senza ascensore, come spesso a Venezia. La zona è super vivace, piena di localini e ristoranti ed è molto comoda, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 35/40 minuti di vaporetto da San Marco, con una fermata a 50 metri dalla casa, quindi veramente comodissima. Il proprietario è una persona molto accogliente e simpatica. Nell’insieme un’esperienza positiva e torneremo volentieri, grazie!

We are a Venetian couple who for several years have loved meeting people from all over the world and making Venice and its most beautiful and characteristic aspects known.
If you want we would like to spend some time with you to tell you about the city and maybe give you some advice on things to see, the most hidden places and maybe some nice restaurants where you can taste the traditional Venetian cuisine.
On certain days and situations, we could need more time to clean and prepare the apartment but it will be ready for 19:00 (7 pm). Please be patient.
