This recently updated (new floors, doors, paint, mattress, etc.), fully furnished, direct oceanfront villa is an excellent location in Seaside Villas I for a romantic getaway or a beach vacation. It is a 2nd floor corner unit (#226) that is in a prime location on South Forest Beach and short walk to shopping and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. There is a 180-degree beautiful and unobstructed view of the beach and the ocean from your private balcony. You can watch the waves roll in while enjoying your morning coffee or evening glass of wine on your private balcony. (Check out all the photos that I took from the balcony!).

The villa has been completely updated and includes a comfortable king-sized bed, TV, and ceiling paddle fan in the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and a stainless steel full-sized refrigerator.

The villa is perfect for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 people as the living room contains a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress topper. There are multiple cosets to store your things.

The living room has plenty of lights, a ceiling paddle fan, and a flat screen TV that includes many popular cable channels. You can also watch movies in the living room on the DVD player.

Seaside Villas I also has a pool with chairs and umbrellas for your enjoyment. There is also an elevator and a coin-operated laundry room on each floor for your use.

You can enjoy the sun from Seaside Villa I's sundeck near the beach that is available for your use as part of Seaside's amenities. If you want to relax, you can also use the community swing that is located near the sundeck.

Seaside Villas are located in heart of Hilton Head Island on South Forest Beach. It is less than 1/4 of a mile from Coligny Plaza. Coligny Plaza is a major shopping and eating location on Hilton Head Island. You can walk there from the villa in less than 10 minutes. You are also within a mile of many additional shopping and eating establishments. Also, you are less than a mile from the Ocean Gate entrance of Sea Pines where you can visit the South Beach Marina, Salty Dog Restaurant, Harbour Town, and enjoy hiking, sightseeing, biking, golfing, shopping, and eating at local restaurants.

Sorry, but no pets are allowed. No smoking is allowed in the villa or balcony.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 4 people including all children.

An electronic door lock is used to facilitate your ease of entering and exiting the villa without keys. Each renter will receive a unique entry code.

PLEASE NOTE - Although my policy is a three-day minimum, there may be a few select dates that end up as one or two-day rentals. These are currently available as single night rentals on the calendar. Check it out!!
