This place is clean and comfortable, and it’s super close to the beach and restaurants. Just be sure to bring your own beach towels, as there are only 2 chairs, an umbrella, and 2 beach bags available.

Favorite things: location (we love the Prema Organic Cafe, Goatfeathers seafood market and 30A cafe nearby), steps to the beach (not having to cross 30a), bikes The 2 things we compromise on to have the above: a comfy mattress, a place to sit outside (no patio space or balcony), room with a view

We loved this s little place! It’s exactly as described. The convenience to the beach was definitely a plus. I do wish there was room for a little outdoor bistro table and chairs, so I had a place to have coffee in the morning. Maybe on the walk way? Otherwise, it’s a 10/10!

The location is excellent. Nice 1 mile walk to Seaside. Super easy access to the beach with chairs available to bring with you. The cleanliness was an issue as there was dust on most surfaces. The description says pets are not allowed but there was clearly a dog or cat that had been there recently. If the cleanliness can get corrected then this is a perfect spot for a couple looking to get away.

We can't rave enough about Heidiway! We recommended this stay to many people even before we left. The check in process was simple and worked even getting there as late as we did. We thought the price was 100% worth it for the amazing location and the included bikes with the rental. The location truly was steps from the beach and that made the bike into Seaside all the more worth it. It was far enough removed from the noise and hustle and bustle to be able to truly relax during down time. Heidiway was super clean and plenty of linens were provided for our stay. The shower was a 10/10 with plenty of space, great water pressure, and plenty of hot water. All in all, because of our amazing stay, we will be returning to this rental again soon. Worth every penny!

We will be back!

Comfortable bed, awesome location, and great amenities. The beach was not crowded at all and we were able to explore much of 30A since this location is so central. We would love to stay here again!

We had a great experience staying at the Heidiway. Heidi was very nice! The walk to the beach was only 2-3 minutes! The condo was very clean and as pictured.

Close to beach and quiet.

Great location for a quiet stay near the beach. The downstairs nook with floats, chairs, and umbrella was really nice! Amazing beach with white sand and clear water. Would definitely stay again.

Great little getaway spot!

We had a great time here! So close to the beach and lots of restaurants! The host even went out of her way to make sure we felt safe and prepared when some bad weather came our way.
