Located in a standalone building, our spacious and attractive apartments are situated in a nature reserve and invite you for a relaxing holiday all year round.

These holiday homes are nestled in The wonderful Welcombe Hills and Clopton Park which combined create a 60-hectare Local Nature Reserve within walking distance north of Stratford-upon-Avon town centre.

Visitors can enjoy a peaceful grassland or woodland walk and have a picnic. Many walking routes in the area offer the opportunity to explore this charming landscape.

Our tastefully decorated apartments offer spacious lounge areas which invite you to hang around. They include an open plan kitchen with all the appliances to meet your self- catering needs. The stylishly furnished lounge features a flat- screen TV and free Wi-Fi access for your entertainment. Fluffy bathrobes and complimentary toiletries are included for your pleasure.

Guests can make use of the adjacent hotel leisure facilities including Swimming Pool, Sauna, Gym and 18 Hole Golf Course. (Additional charges and pre-booking are required for Golf and Spa Treatments).

So well equipped & spacious, fab favilities

The site has splendid landscaping and scenery but not from the apartments which are tucked away behind the spa. Everything was provided for at the apartments to cook except basic provisions. The spa, pool and golf was amazing. Would have loved the bar and restaurant to be keen, but this was whole restrictions were still on. Enjoyed the fact that it was relatively empty though, allowing us to have sole use of the pool and gym many times. Friendly staff but no way to communicate with reception other than taking the 5 min walk there! No phone reception either at the apartment but WiFi was excellent. Only territorial TV so being your fire stick etc. Stratford has some terrible traffic issues, but you could take a 30 min in to town.
