Cottage No 1 is part of the original barn conversation with a wealth of beams throughout. It has an open plan ground floor with an open beamed wall which divides the kitchen/diner area from the very comfortable and well appointed living room which has two sofa's, coffee table, lamp, a smart TV and patio doors.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and the Cottage offers all home from home comforts.
Upstairs is the bedroom with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath. The Cottage has direct access to the shared cottage garden through patio doors and garden furniture and a BBQ are available.
A parking space is available in front of the Cottage.

My husband and I have been running our five Cottages at Barn Cottages for over 20 years. We both have lived in Suffolk for most of our lives and personally think it is a great place. We also tend to get less rainfall here in the East, which often means we can get outside and enjoy Suffolk at its best as well as enjoy a BBQ in the garden.
Barn Cottages is managed and run by our family and we take great pride that we have many guests that come back year after year.
Our house is also located at Barn Cottages, and we are always happy to help our guests whether it be about local attractions and places to visit, or if you have a problem.

Our Cottages are all one bedroom and offer a home from home atmosphere with direct access to the shared Cottage garden. Each cottage is individually furnished, equipped, and decorated to offer our guests a relaxing holiday.
Barn Cottages is located in a quiet, rural location away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, so it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the delights of Suffolk.
The cottages are owner run so if you have any questions or need further information, we are able to help.
