The apartment:
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a building with a lift and disabled access.

It comes with two bedrooms and can sleep up to six people. Its spacious and welcoming rooms feature sloping ceilings and are provided with all the comforts of modern living.

The master bedroom is provided with a double bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite marble bathroom with a shower.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a large storage space.

The modern independent kitchen comes with a dining area and all the utensils and household appliances you may need during your stay.

El apartamento está genial

Lo mejor es que está perfectamente ubicado pero no tiene ningún sonido de la calle, pues las habitaciones dan hacia un patio interior. Es amplio y cómodo. Lo malo es la gestión de MIT HOUSE, te hacen bajar una aplicación y aceptar condiciones generales y te cobran 200 euros de fianza desde el principio, que no te devuelven hasta una semana después de haberte marchado. Eso no lo he visto yo nunca. Además está todo con la aplicación, te dan la clave y todas las dudas que puedas tener del alojamiento está en esa aplicación, no te muestran el alojamiento en persona.

Need to fix the AC

The location was fantastic. Close to everything in central Madrid. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The only issue was the AC. The apartment gets particularly hot because it's on the top floor, and the AC was not working very well.

Property was outdated. - A/C never worked properly; 3 nights without sleep as too hot and when we opened windows, too noisy. - Hot water was too hot until after 2 showers and then cold for the next 2 people. - Hall bathroom door handle fell off and when fixed, wouldn't close properly. - Shower in that bathroom was so small even my grandson couldn't fit inside. - Shower in ensuite bathroom had significant black mold in the tile. - WiFi was poor and limited. Dropped immediately if you moved more than 10 feet from the router. - Location was very good and there were many nice bars and restaurants nearby

Perfect location for the full charm of Madrid

MIT House was excellent to deal with. The location was incredible, and the apartment was clean and cozy. Near everything and had zero issues with weekend noise. Had a family of 6 and everyone loved it. It is on the fifth floor, but walking is a part of Madrid. All the modern conveniences and very safe building and electronic apartment entry. Loved it.
