The apartment:
This bright and comfortable apartment is located on the 3th floor of a building with a lift.
The entrance to the apartment opens into a tastefully decorated living room equipped with a sofa bed and a lovely lounge with adjoining dining area. The kitchen is on the left side and comes complete with washing machine, vitroceramic hobs and everything you may need to cook. This area has access to a very pleasant terrace.
The tastefully decorated living room comes with a leather sofa that turns into a double bed.
The night area has four double bedrooms, three of them equipped with a double bed, and one with two single beds.

There is a bathroom with shower and a guest bathroom.
Wi-Fi, heating and partial air-conditioning in the living room.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
Central heating hours (only during winter November-May): from 13:00 to 23:00h.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
