White and light colours are the main features in the decoration of this apartment, which has also been designed with comfort in mind.
The apartment has everything anyone would look for in perfect accommodation, air conditioning, independent electric heating, internet, and of course the necessary kitchen equipment for a pleasant stay.
The bedrooms have 2 single beds. The lounge, very pleasant, has been arranged with two elegant black individual armchairs and a comfortable sofa for 3 people. It has a new flat-screen television with all local channels. Rest time is assured.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find public parking approximately 250 metres from the apartment. The apartment does not have air conditioning.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us with a maximum of 5 days' notice.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal rental contract upon arrival.
Online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays longer than 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be required, refundable at the end of the stay if no damage occurs to the accommodation.
Respect: In order to ensure good cohabitation and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established quiet hours at all times.
Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 70 EUR that must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On your check-in day, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival so we can coordinate the key handover.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to vehicular traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding authorisation from the municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard
