San Anton II apartment in Madrid

Located in the heart of the Chueca neighbourhood, opposite the San Antón market, one of the most attractive places in Madrid that attracts both tourists and locals to taste tapas or buy the freshest products.



The location of this apartment is perfect: it is a short walk from the great museums of Madrid, the Plaza de la Cibeles, the Retiro Park, the Puerta del Sol and is very well connected by public transport to other places of interest in the city.



The apartment:



This high-end apartment has a special charm, not only because of its 160 m2 of space that make it accommodation with spacious and cosy areas, but also due to its exquisite decoration and great atmosphere. It also has 4 balconies overlooking the street where you can enjoy the street ambience.



It has capacity for 6 people distributed across 3 rooms.



Upon entering, you access a kitchen-dining room with great charm, characterised by a large dining table and chairs in the French style. To the left is the first bedroom, with 2 single beds and a balcony overlooking the street. A sliding door connects this room to the living room, a large bright space with a sofa, chaise longue and pouffe for all guests to rest. The second bedroom has a double bed, the main room has a matrimonial bed and provides access to a large walk-in wardrobe and a spectacular bathroom with shower and independent bathtub (the bathroom is also accessible from the living room).



From the kitchen, you can access a toilet equipped with a washing machine.



This non-smoking apartment features wonderful wooden floors and wireless internet service.

The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.



To be taken into account:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The delivery of the apartment keys will be done directly in our offices at Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, ground floor, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.



If arriving after 7:00 PM, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly in the apartment for key handover.



Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 21:00 and 02:00 have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives them in the apartment.



Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.



MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.



Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
