- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (en suite) and the second with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. You have access to 2 impressive terraces, facing south and north.

The kitchen is equipped with: fridge freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.



There are 2 parking spaces inside the condominium gates, one of which is covered, and access to a communal swimming pool.

Agréable séjour

Maison avec tout le nécessaire pour un bon séjour. Changement de draps et serviettes bien apprécié. Spacieuse, agréable espace extérieur. L'existence d'une piscine dans la copropriété c'est un plus. Dommage que en raison d'une coupure générale d'électricité le soir, nous n'avons pu ouvrir ou fermer le portail automatique pour rentrer/sortir la voiture dans la copropriété . S'il y a un moyen manuel, il manque des informations dans la propriété. Et le soir, personne a qui faire appelle pour résoudre le problème.

Excelente moradia geminada, com tudo o que e necesario para uma semana de ferias. Moradia com varios utensilios de urgencia (tipo agulhas, linhas, tesoura, jogos, ) . Piscina partilhada mas perto e com um belissimo terraco com cadeiras para relaxar.Recomendo e voltarei. Churrasqueira ja a precisar de ser mudada e sofas ai ar livre, derivado do sol nao podem ser utilizados dado a madeira estar ja deteriorada.

Piscina muito agradavel e casa localizada proximo da zona mais simpatica da praia de Manta Rota Melhoria da luz exterior na zona de refeições
