Condo B4 is a beautifully renovated 2B/2Ba townhouse-style unit located on the second floor (no elevator.) Remodeled with the highest quality furnishings, appliances, linens and furniture, all with your comfort & enjoyment in mind. This condo is priced for 4 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 4, up to 6 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.

B4 is perfect for a ROMANTIC getaway for two couples, or if you want to include the kids or more friends, pull out the queen sleeper sofa to accommodate up to two additional guests; however this will be tight living as our condo is only 786 sf. Some people may not be comfortable with such tight quarters. The downstairs living area has a convenient full bath for the occupants of the main-level bedroom.

The two calm, serene BEDROOMS boast high-end comfortable CAL-KING mattresses & bedding for a dreamy night's sleep. The upstairs open-air loft bedroom has an ensuite bathroom.

You'll be just steps to the pool & ocean - no long walks for forgotten items!

SMART TVs are in each sleeping area as well as the living room for streaming your favorite shows. High-end 3-ZONE SPLIT A/C SYSTEM will keep everyone cool/comfortable at their preferred temperature whether relaxing or sleeping. Ceiling fans will quietly move the air if you prefer opening windows & the slider door to cool you with fresh trade winds during our temperate mornings & evenings.

The DINING ROOM seats 4 comfortably & the private balcony seats another 2. Perfect for enjoying your home-made or take-away meals after a hard day's play exploring all Maui has to offer!

Our fully equipped KITCHEN has everything you need to feel right at home, including spices & oils. For your convenience we'll provide hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, can liners, new sponge & a roll of paper towels. You'll replenish all paper products as needed; we'll take care of the rest (bringing laundry pods from home so you won't need to purchase more than you'll use.) Dryer sheets & coffee filters provided upon request.

Each beautiful BATHROOM has convenient walk-in showers. HAIR DRYERs are provided. We'll start you off with three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of soap in each. Bring favorite hair & bath products from home or purchase locally. Many guests mail a box of essentials ahead of arrival to avoid having to check luggage.

FOUR Tommy Bahama beach chairs & umbrella, cooler & beach towels provided - take them with you when you go exploring Maui's world-class beaches! A Maui Revealed book will assist you with planning adventures.

We love starting each day with a cup of coffee (provided by 7:00am) on the patio while watching the SUN rise over Haleakala. Our unique location allows for both rejuvenating sunrises & magnificent sunsets - how cool is that?!

Our patio is popular in the evenings for congregating after an amazing Maui day. Prepare delicious dinners on its two gas BBQs. Watch the spectacular SUNSETS from here - the panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean ensure they'll be truly breathtaking.

A 5-minute walk down the beach will take you to a Farmer's Market, ABC Store, Ululani's Shave Ice & Sugar Beach Bakery.

Beautiful space!

What a great place to call home for a few days. The beach access is amazing and we loved all the toys/chairs/boogie boards the property has to borrow. The condo itself was perfect for our family of 4.

Perfect Getaway Location in Kihei, Maui

Perfect location on Sugar Beach with beach and pool right at your doorstep. Beach is sandy and perfect for kids. Great patio location with community vibe - we used the grill and plenty of boogie boards, pool noodles, beach chairs and umbrellas available for use during our stay. Gorgeous sunsets and very friendly staff. Unit was clean and plenty of towels and linens provided. Comfy beds. We'll be back!

30th anniversary family trip

The property was very nice. Quality of the accommodations were exceptional. Quiet area. Other families staying were respectful and friendly. Property is right in the ocean. Other areas of Maui were easy to access. Parking was convenient and always had open spaces. Free morning coffee on the patio was great.

The condo was amazing! Perfect location.

This condo was well-maintained and clean. Air conditioning worked perfect. Sugar beach was absolutely beautiful. Enjoyed the beach gear and towels. Lounging area by the ocean is great. Parking spots are very tight and hard to find especially if you are driving a larger vehicle like we were. The care package we received when we arrived was so nice. We would definitely stay again. Family Vacation

This is the best location for direct beach access. The rental is right on the beach and the pool looks over the beach. The host was very friendly. The property is bigger than the pictures. It fit our family of 4 perfectly. The only issue we had was we received a complaint about the kids running around too early in the morning which is very noisy for the condo below us. We tried very hard to keep the noise down, but with the time change the kids are up so early that maybe not the best condo to stay in with small children if they are early risers.

Good clean space with great view

This was a nice place. The check in prpcess was easy and the patio on the back of the property was nice. Having beach chairs was very helpful. The disappointing part was the listing said washer dryer but it is coin laundry and not in the unit.

B4 was very suitable for our family. I appreciated the solid wood coffee table and desks that were perfect and safe for children to use, plus lots of drawers for storage. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy and we made good use of the beach chairs. I enjoyed the afternoon shade on the Lanai and the great view. The location of Kihei Sands is the best. Right on the ocean, within walking distance of ABC, bake shop and farmer's market, and in a quieter area.

There was a feeling of staying at a private beach, the complex was just the right size, quiet and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. We were able to walk to the best shaved ice (Ululani), bakery (Sugar Beach Bake Shop) and farmers market. What a great experience for our young granddaughter who loved the waves.

Great little place in an easy to navigate rental complex

This was just an overnight rental for us between when we landed and the next day when we checked into our house rental. I chose this condo over others because it looked easier to get to vs the larger complexes (large group, lots of luggage to haul in and out!) and that turned out to be correct. We were a family of 5, all adult size people and we just needed a nice place to sleep that didn't cost as much as having to get 2 hotel rooms to fit us all. The unit was clean, they had snacks on the table which was super nice & we all devoured immediately because we were starving, the beach outside was great and they have some tables and chairs with umbrellas to sit on the patio by the beach which was all wonderful for weary travelers. Both bedrooms were a roomy size, the living space was very limited. For a family with small children or 2 couples this would be a great rental size. The only hiccup was when we couldn't find any extra bedding for the sofa bed and I didn't have a non-emergency contact to ask. I wasn't going to call the emergency contact numbers listed, because it wasn't what I would call an emergency but it was an inconvenience. Also it's good to know that if you will be relying on the sofa bed for your stay at this unit, the coffee table is very large, heavy and hard to move for the bed to fold open. Once the bed is open and the coffee table is moved, there's no floor space left so that's something to consider depending on how you plan to use the bed situation.

The condo is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We were so close to the beach and the patio area was so very nice to spend the mornings and evenings viewing the beach. The beds are comfy and was just enough room for all of us. The only complaint we have is the upstairs loft would have been better if there was a solid wall instead of open. Sound traveled up and down and sometimes it was hard to hear the TV downstairs when the TV upstairs was on. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay. We recommend it!

Kihei Sands condos are a great place to stay

While the property has withstood the tests of time, it has always been well updated, clean and neat, very well managed and a super friendly place with a spectacular view. It is very central on the island of Maui just far enough tawau from the airport and a great base for all of the day trips on Maui. We were there Aug 8th when Lahaina burned and there were many other fires nearby. Our hearts go out to the people of Maui! But, you should know that Kihei Sands was not affected directly and continues operations during recovery. I would go back anytime! There is so much of Maui that was not affected. Maui depends on tourism. Support Kihei Sands by keeping your booking or making one. You won’t be disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was a little gem. We had never travelled to Maui before and we were very happy with the location of the unit! It was a little further outside of the main Kihei area which was nice because it was quieter. We did drive into Kihei every day which was a super quick 10 minute drive. Because the complex was so small it was super easy to walk a few steps to the pool, beach and patio area. The unit was small, but perfect for what we needed. The beds were very comfy (minus the pull out sofa bed - which was to be expected, but worked fine for one child). The kitchen was stocked very well with almost everything we needed. Having a casserole dish would have been handy, but we made do without. There was no parking pass in the unit, however the front desk at the complex provided one for us the day after we checked in. Sugar beach was very nice... smaller waves for boogie boarding, but the kids really enjoyed it regardless. The complex has a handful of boogie boards for use as well as sand toys for the kids as well. It was so nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas in the unit - we used those daily. Overall this was an incredible vacation and we were very happy with this rental. Would definitely recommend it.
