Lovely home in Charneca

What a beautiful place! Just around the corner from family, so very convenient. Shopping and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is spacious, clean and cozy. The outside area (pool, dining area and barbecue) is perfect. There are restaurants, cafe shops, supermarkets and a nice park within walking distance. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and they respond to your messages/questions very quickly. We will use it again in the future!

Beautiful villa

Our family of six adults stayed at this lovely villa for 1 week. It was very comfortable, very well equipped lots of homely touches. The area is nice, restaurants and shops within walking distance. Lisbon was quite accessible, we enjoyed a few days there. Also Sintra was lovely. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the garden with the pool and nice sitting area for dining in the evening. Thank you Maria and Jose.

Perfect vakantiehuis

Wij hadden een heerlijk verblijf. We hebben genoten van de tuin, bbq en zwembad.Ook de omgeving was top. Prachtige stranden en goeie strandtenten. Supermarkt op loopafstand.We hadden fijn contact met verhuurder Maria.We kunnen deze plek aanbevelen.

A wonderful villa for a wonderful price in a great area.

We were a family of 7 including myself and my spouse (2 seniors), my daughter and her spouse and their 2 children, ages 9 and 12 and my 3rd grandson, age 17. The location was excellent, near beaches, restaurants and markets. Maria and Jose could not have been more helpful in explaining the villa's features upon our arrival. The villa accommodated the 7 of us comfortably, with 1 grandson sleeping on the sofa bed. It had everything that we could have needed in terms of appliances, cookware and tableware and the exterior was a big plus with the small very clean pool, outdoor BBQ and area to dine or simply relax. The area was very safe and there was room in the gated driveway that easily accommodated 2 cars. The only negative was the fact that the neighborhood had many dogs, who barked frequently, but we are all animal lovers and we were able to get used to their noise quickly. I would recommend this villa very highly.

Beautiful home. Great Breeze. Nearby supermarket and local farmer's/open market. Great small authentic restaurants nearby. Beach is a nearby drive away. Great outdoor sitting area! Wonderful stay!

Un accueil très chaleureux

Maria et son mari nous ont accueilli très chaleureusement en nous donnant plein de conseils judicieux. La maison est très bien équipée et très jolie. Le seul bémol est la présence de chiens dans les environs. Nous avons tout de même passés un très bon séjour.

UNA GRAN EXPERIENCIA!!!

Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en esta propiedad. La casa es muy cómoda y tranquila. Hay comercios y restaurantes cerca de la casa. Las playas de alrededor son muy buenas. Los propietarios fueron muy amables y nos explicaron el funcionamiento de toda la casa e hicieron algunas recomendaciones de la zona. Una experiencia muy recomendable!!

Propriétaires charmants, belle et grande maison avec tout ce qu'il faut. Transports en commun à proximité. Seul bémol, les aboiements des chiens dans les propriétés environnantes. Dommage. Ceci dit, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Wir haben mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Kind vom 17.-31.05.2016 in dem hübschen Ferienhaus "Casa de sol" logiert. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche übrig. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und wünschen dem Ferienhaus noch viele Gäste. Famile O. aus Aurich/Deutschland

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Charneca de Caparica, petite ville, vivante, proche de Lisbonne et de l'océan. La maison est accueillante et chaleureuse, a l'image de ses propriétaires. Location idéale pour se retrouver en famille et avec des enfants. Je conseille cette location.
