Bright apartment in a wonderful neighborhood away from the crowds, but close to restaurants, cafes, groceries, pharmacy, 2 vaporetto stations and the Alilaguna for easy transfers to the airport. Check-in was easy, the host's communication was clear and accurate, and she was responsive to questions throughout our stay.

The PERFECT location for a longer stay in Venice. Just far enough away from the crowds but close enough to walk to. Via Garibaldi was a nice surprise. Great restaurants to eat at in that plaza. Beds and couch were very comfortable. TONS of closet place in the main bedroom. The stairs to the place are steeper than expected but is worth it. Would recommend!!!!

Perfect location, Venetian charm, great host

Linda is incredibly communative. Check in and check out was easy. The apartment's location is perfect, the Via Garibaldi is steps away and proximity to multiple vaparetto stops makes travel easy. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Venice in a few days

We had a great time stay at the Dream of Venice.Location was ideal as it was close enough to the Main Sights but far enough away to be peaceful. Restaurants were very good. Linda was very thoughtful with her book of instructions on everything. Would highly recommend it Even the 58 steps you get use to it.Rhonda and Gary from Canada

wonderful comfortable flat

We had such a nice time in Linda's flat. its very well organised, you can find anything you may need, its comfortable, quiet and even in August bearable with the heat. its located between the Giardini and Arsenale so just right for the biennale. Anna was great to communicate with once we made our way there. thank you both Linda and Anna.

Die ruhige und gemütliche Wohnung war für uns ideal. Wir haben uns weitgehend selbst versorgt und konnten uns auf die guten Tipps von Linda verlassen; wir fanden alles in der Via Garibaldi und drumrum. Die Lage in der Stadt etwas abseits vom großen Touristenrummel ist perfekt, um entweder Gassen, Campi oder Piazze zu erkunden oder ganz einfach mit dem Vaporetto an den Giardini oder dem Arsenale zu weiteren Touren aufzubrechen. Danke für alles!

Sehr schöne Wohnung am Rande der Via Garibaldi

Sehr schöne, geräumige, vor allem auch sehr gut ausgestattete und gepflegte Ferienwohnung unmittelbar an der Via Garibaldi. Dazu beste Kommunikation und Unterstützung mit und durch die Vermieter. Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die 58 Stufen, die hinauf zur Wohnung über eine relativ steile und schmale Treppe bewältigt werden müssen. Wem das nichts ausmacht, der findet für nicht ganz kleinen Preis eine tolle Unterkunft. Für uns war es bei unserem 10. Aufenthalt in Venedig, davon zum 5. Mal in Folge an der Via Garibaldi, die mit Abstand schönste Bleibe!

Bel appartement spacieux et propre, bien équipé, avec climatisation, idéalement situé près de la Via Garibaldi, à 3 min de l’arrêt de vaporetto Giardini et une dizaine de minutes à pieds de San Marco, propriétaire très agréable, réactive et disponible par mail, tarifs corrects pour le lieu : seul bémol, 53 marches assez raides à monter pour regagner la location mais l’effirt en vaut la peine !
