Clean Contemporary Spacious Apartment

The actual apartment is better than what we imagined from the photos. We were concerned about night noise in the area but there was none. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent stay!

Great 1 bedroom in prime location

Overall, the apartment is great. Prime location, spacious, ample closets to store stuff and simply decorated. If you are sensitive to noise, there is a large fan to help drown out the city sounds as you are on the main street. For coffee drinkers - there will be 4 Nespresso pods so bring your own or plan to step out for your coffee. The reason for the 3 stars is the management company. At first, they were responsive, helping us figure out how to use the washer/dryer. When the air conditioner stopped working our 2nd day we could not get anyone to help us for almost 24 hours. It was a 90-degree day, with full sun streaming in, on a busy street, so you are unable to sleep with windows open. Extremely uncomfortable. We messaged 6 or 7 times, without assistance. When we finally called VRBO next day, twice, for help, they connected us in a phone call. The property manager was so busy trying to prove me wrong and her right (that her phone number and instructions were there) she missed the point of fixing the problem. We did ask for compensation for the rough night with little sleep and they did comply, helping to alleviate some of our frustration. If not for the poor customer service of the management company, we would have given this a 5-star rating.
