This charming condominium sleeps 5- Queen, Queen & Twin. 2 bedrooms, fully-furnished 1,100 sq. ft. condominium including cookware and linens. Our Shorebirds condo is managed by Pajaro Dunes Resort. Professional managed - Professionally Sanitized with On Site care.

The home is lovely, comfortable and ideal for a family stay. New mattresses in the guest bedroom! Have a good night sleep with brand new tempur-pedic mattresses in guest bedroom. Enjoy hard wired, High Speed Internet & wifi (free), a wood burning fireplace, and a BBQ! This condominium is on the second level with partial ocean views; complete with washing machine and dryer. This condo faces Santa Cruz which lets you experience spectacular sunsets.

Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets!

If you need supplies or have any questions, call our resort staff. Our attentive resort staff is available on site 7 days a week from 9-5. Interested in bonfire services for your group? Call our Resort team to inquire about pricing; this includes set-up on the beach and S'mores kits delivered to your door!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original position. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters.
After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Condo was fully stocked with kitchen items and all was functional. Nice ocean views and very close to the beach. Bathrooms are in need of remodeling and the toilets were shifting around under you. Other than that condo was great and so nice to walk 1 minute to the beach.

Beach bliss

Enjoyed this property. Beautiful view of the beach, away from crowds and private beach. Easy drive to Monterey. The condo was clean and had everything we needed and the front office was helpful and easy check-in. Would stay here again.

Great views- hard beds

We love the location of Pajaro Dunes. Off the beaten path but still close to Santa Cruz. The place was clean and fully stocked and had great ocean views our only complaint is that the beds are all very very firm.

Shorebird highly recommended

Shorebirds 125 was very clean and quiet with all the amenities, the staff was very friendly and informative. The Beach was amazing. We had a designated fire pit on the beach with a full moon. Highly recommended.

Four of my women friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this place! The reason why I chose this place is because of the ocean view, the way it accomodated all 5 of us with enough seats in the living room and dining room and especially having enough beds in both bedrooms for 5 of us to sleep. Each bedroom has a queen bed and one also has a twin bed. Unlike stays at Seascape where one of us has to sleep on a sofa bed in the living room and being woken up from conversations between our early risers, everyone could sleep in if they wanted to.This made a HUGE difference for us!

Everything is nice, except the owner needs desperately to replace the guest mattress. Extremely uncomfortable and for this rental price, a bee mattress is an investment needed.

Shorebirds 125 holiday 2023

We love going to Pajaro Dunes! This was a good visit, though suboptimal as something was off with the hot water, we could get water after running the faucet for several minutes, but the showers were always cold. Cold showers for a place that cost as much as this was not wonderful. We will not use this unit again despite great views.

Relaxing stay by the beach

This property is exactly as advertised. This comfortable condo (I lovingly called our little tree house) is in a central location: 30 minutes from Monterey and 30 minutes from Santa Cruz. Our condo was clean, fully stocked and in a gated community. We can hear the ocean waves from our room and see the sunsets every evening. The front staff were always helpful and friendly. Our stay was peaceful with beach walks every morning and evening. The condo community has a pond/ marsh area for a peaceful walk. My family of four: from adults to the teens had only rave reviews for this rental. My teens favorite memories were picking up seashells and making smores by the bonfire. We plan on returning for many years to come. Thank you for the wonderful memories!

Nice place

The condo we stayed in was very nice. Older and has an older smell but very clean. Views were amazing. Only negative is the beds. They seriously need to be replaced. They are old and very uncomfortable. The bed in the spare room actually is broken down and leans to one side. Probably ok for kids but not for adults. We stayed with another couple and did not sleep well in the bed. The views did make up for it. The beach is amazing. Lots of sand dollars and shells. We will definitely stay again but will probably choose another unit unless the beds have been upgraded. The bed in master bedroom is better and was tolerable. Great overall unit.

OUR BEACHSIDE VACATION

Beautiful Beach setting... ( I LEFT A LIST OF 4 "NEEDS" - DATED AUG. . 9TH WHEN WE LEFT.; Not to sure if the Receptionist turned it in. Our stay ws very enjoyable, but we were concerned about about 3 pieces of furniture that were broken, plus not being able to use the barbque since it was very dirty.). Other than that, we felt very Blessed.

Beautiful beach but older property

The beach surrounding the property is beautiful and clean, as was the apartment, but a bit on the shabby side. Paint is peeling in some areas, the blinds are starting to fall apart and the shower in the extra bathroom screams at you if it's at a specific temperature. Given the cost of the accommodations, I would've expected better. However, the view is amazing! I would note that Pajaro Dunes is about a 10 minute drive from Watsonville (the closest town and place to get groceries, etc.). It was a nice location for visiting both Santa Cruz and Monterey as you're basically between the two. Cassidy's pizza was amazing!

Pajaro Dunes Stay

Ww enjoyed the peace and quiet, view, and cleanliness of the condo. It had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the beach. The only thing I would mention is the second bedroom wasn't perfect for adults. The double bed had a plastic liner appropriate for kids and the bed wasn't as comfortable as the master.

Nice condo, wish we could see out!

Very nice condo, tastefully upgraded and outfitted. Wish that the windows had their seal repaired as condensation in between the panes and grime on the outside really limited the ocean front view, which is what you pay these crazy prices for! Management brought in a dehumidifier, which may have helped if the humidity was an issue on the inside of the glass, but that was not the case. They did offer us a discount on our next stay, which was appreciated. Other than this, we had a pleasant stay. Do note that if renting through VRBO for this condo managed by Parjaro Dunes that you are not eligible for the 3 nights for the price of 2 promotion they offer. It was explained by management that this is because the VRBO price is already reduced, however…all the fees really impact any possible savings. We have been renting in Pajaro for over 40 years and have watched fees increase dramatically to the point where the cost outweighs the benefit of staying at this wonderful place. Booking on VRBO used to be a savings but we have noticed that those fees have greatly increased as well. This is not a reflection on this individual condo, it is very nice, and worth booking if you have the money, don’t mind the high fees, and if the windows get replaced!

Lovely place with beach view and easy access

We loved this property. Perfect place for our family of 5. The views from the condo were amazing. Sunset over the beach is a must see. This condo was stocked with everything we needed. Thank you so much for this amazing experience in our first trip to a home away from home. We definitely be back!
