About this property

Four-bedroom and three-bathroom apartment in the heart of the city, next to Catalonia Square and Passeig de Gràcia, two of the most important attractions and best areas of interest. The Gothic Quarter and El Born are 5 minutes away



It has Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning and a safe.



The bright living room has a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed, with a flat-screen television, tables and chairs.

You will also find a fully equipped kitchen.



It has four rooms, the main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, there is a second bedroom with a double bed and the third and fourth bedrooms have two single beds.



The ensuite bathroom has a bathtub and the other two bathrooms have a shower.



The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival.



This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within approximately 250 metres of the apartment.



No parties or stag/hen dos are allowed.



The Tourist Tax is not included in the apartment price. The rate in force at the time of the stay will be applied, per adult and per night, up to a maximum of seven nights.



Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you must collect your key between 9:00 and 20:00 from Monday to Friday (except holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a holiday during the week), key collection is at Aribau Street 228. Opening hours are from 09:00 to 20:00. Mobile self check-in from 15:00

Beautiful apartment with all amenities listed. Very clean. Used laundry facilities in apartment. Gray location. Host was easy to work with. There were 4 adults and lots of room for all! Highly recommend!

Fantastic location!

This apartment was perfect for our family of eight adults. It was roomy and very conveniently located. The in-unit washer and dryer worked great. We had a little issue with the showers and the maintenance man came the same day to fix it. I highly recommend this property!

Good location, the back bathroom with walk in shower was very slippery and had black hair from previous renters.Wasn't as clean as I like. the mattresses were hard, but we slept good anyway. Did not have the condiments that other VRBO's have had. Doorman was friendly. There was 2 adjacent units being remodeled so it was noisy during the day.

Nice location. Could use repairs to plumbing and doors,etc. Not what I expected based on pictures. The online check in was poor. Finally had to go to office across town to speak to a representative. Disappointed with stay.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top! Die Kommunikation mit Ola-Living war super (WhatsApp). Man bekommt sofort eine Antwort wenn man Fragen hat. Wir haben alle sehr gut geschlafen. Die meisten Schlafzimmer sind in den Innenhof ausgerichtet (sehr ruhig). Wir würden sofort wieder diese Wohnung buchen. Vielleicht könnte man noch einen Ganzkörper-Spiegel in den Zimmern anbringen.

This property is located perfectly. We were able to walk to restaurants and many locations we were interested in visiting. Most public transportation was less than a block away. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I would book this location again if I return to Barcelona.

Superb location for a Barcelona vacation

All with the appartment was as listed but it was not too clear for us the check in process. The management office was about 20 mins away and the fact that the check in was required to be done there instead of the property made it an inconvenience. After 2 taxi rides to do the check in, we were able to access the property. The property was very nice and with all the ammenities listed. Superbly suited for our family group of 4 adults and 4 small chikdren. Very convenient and extremely well located, near mayor tourist attractions that could be reached walking, supermarkets, in front of restaurants an the Corte Ingles plus bus and metro stops. All of this made for a wonderfull stay!managenent was accesible and solves a couple if issues very quickly which was very nice. Also, management could improve the stay for their guests with area information and instructions for the appliances, which took some trial and error to figure out. Overall, the property is fantastic and I would definetely stay here is returning with a large group.

Bel appartement bien situé

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos enfants. L'appartement est très bien situé, spacieux et confortable. Malheureusement il est assez mal insonorisé, et il manque de quoi réellement cuisiner. C'est dommage, mais l'expérience reste très positive.
