It is on the third floor WITH LIFT of an ancient palace of the 1500s.
It is in a fantastic location, from this apartment you can reach all major points of tourist interest on FOOT, even walking at night with security.
Despite being in the center of Rome it is located on a quiet street.

It consists of a large and bright living room with dining room with large table and chairs for 4/6 people comfortably furnished with antique furniture
A comfortable sofa with TV (NETFLIX available), fast WIFI, heating, Ar Con in every room
Two double bedrooms with two bathrooms and a comfortable and spacious fully equipped kitchen
In the bedroom number 2 there is another double bed in the mezzanine to accommodate large families or large groups of friend.

Amazing property, walkable to everything

My husband, son (8) and I stayed and thoroughly enjoyed the property. The location was in the heart of everywhere we wanted to go. The property was beautiful and a cool reprieve from the hot August weather. There is a piazza close by with many good restaurants and a great area for kiddos to run around in the evenings. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great Location

This apartment is very well located and we were able to walk and/or run to everything. We loved the style and decor of the apartment, and the air conditioning kept it very comfortable in July. The host provides lots of helpful information on the area. One thing to note is that it is within the ZTL and parking is not included. There is a public parking garage that is very close by and keeps you out of the ZTL, you just need to plan for the extra cost if you are driving (currently 30 euro/day). The kid's room gives each kid/person a somewhat separate space, which is nice, though the beds are very firm. Everything was very clean and tidy. We would recommend this apartment.

Campo di Fiori location!

The location is want you want. Book this house. We walked everywhere! Looking for a market to shop for groceries. No problem one block you can see it from your window. It is called Pam local. Exit the building go left and down around the left corner and there is COOP, this is another place to shop for groceries. Do you want fresh fruits or flowers! Don’t worry! Just exit and go right to Campo di Fiori and every morning they have fresh juices made to your liking at the local farmers market. The flowers are here as well and there are multiple locations to eat or grab a coffee in the morning. Oh ! but what about lunch don’t worry it’s at this location as well!!!! Ohhh I also want a delicious dinner with excellent wine, your already here!!! it is all within 5-6 minute walk from this home. Check out the FORNO Roscioli the best pizza is when they cut it and weigh it !! Don’t be fooled by any others. You are within walking distance of so many of the must see spots in Rome. The Vatican is just 7-8 minutes walking distance from the home. The Pantheon, walking time 12 minutes! We walked to the Colosseum, 24 minutes. We enjoyed looking at the small streets and exploring all the little nooks and crannies of Rome. Our opinion, this is the best location with privacy. The home has a adult bedroom with a bathroom. The extra bathroom is located perfectly so you can access it from the living room. The 2nd bedroom is located past the dining room and it has a “bunk” bed on top with another queen on bottom. Excellent set up for a small family. The other great plus from this home is the elevator! Yes it is a small elevator but believe me you will appreciate it after walking all day in Rome. Our checkin was problem free and care free. We arrived on an early morning flight and we were able to drop off our suitcases, which made our first day care free. (Thank you Alessia😁) We will never stay at another place in Rome again. This will be our ONLY place we will stay again.
