Langleigh Villa is a spacious, newly refurbished property which sits in a peaceful spot close to the centre of the seaside town of Ilfracombe.

The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors. You are greeted by an entrance hall with a large lounge to your right. It has an eye-catching bay window, high ceilings and comfy sofas surrounding the original feature fireplace and Smart TV with Sky Movies package.

The open plan kitchen-diner is well-equipped & contemporary, It has a range style electric oven & gas hob, microwave, dishwasher washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and has ample seating for 8 people. French doors lead out onto the patio garden which has rattan furniture and a BBQ.

On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms which both have king-size beds and a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 3rd floor there are 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower and bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed & the other has a king-size zip-and-link (two singles on request).

Towels and linen are provided. A patio houses garden furniture to enjoy alfresco dining and there is plenty of on street parking outside the property. Dogs are welcome but on request only and charges apply.

Family reunion
I’m from Australia and booked this house to reunite for a long weekend with my siblings. The house is amazing with quality furnishings and extremely comfortable for a large group. We enjoyed being able to walk into town or onto the cliff path from the house. The courtyard proved to be a real sun trap and we sat out there for breakfast each day.

Take the popular Tarka Trail for cyclists and walkers, visit Exmoor National Park, Exmoor Zoo, Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep, Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park and other beaches such as Saunton Sands, Croyde and Westward Ho!
