There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. The property enjoys sea views and is nearby to all amenities. 1 Bruces Wynd makes a perfect couple's retreat by the sea in Fife.

Gas range cooker and 6-ring hob, microwave, coffee machine,washing machine, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Smart TV with Netflix and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 mile. Note: The property is accessed via a small set of stone steps and therefore may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. Note: The staircase is steep and guests, especially children, should take care. Note: There is restricted head height in one of the bedrooms and sloping ceilings in all upstairs rooms, please consider this when booking.
