When you are ready to retire head upstairs to the 3 huge freshly renovated bedrooms, each with their own water view. The master bedroom comes with all new King sized bed complete with high end mattress and designer bedding. This comfortable oasis has his and her nightstands with ample lighting for reading and relaxing.

The Queen bedroom has a double window with wonderful views of the ocean. The luxurious mattress and bedding are flanked with 2 marble bed side tables. Nothing to do but wake up rested and rejuvenated.

The bunk room, which easily sleeps 4, is a fun place to have a whale of a good time! This huge room has one set of bunk beds and 2 twins beds as well as plenty of room to play on the newly carpeted floor. Set sail in this room towards a good nights sleep and wake up rested and ready for a great day of seaside adventures.

When it comes to washing away the beach you can choose from a huge outside shower with changing area or one of the 2 full new baths inside. The upstairs bath is complete with a full sized tub.

Bring your bikes for a fun day on Falmouths bike trail! The trails can take you to other local beaches as well as Woods Hole. You can also take the Island Queen Ferry to Martha's Vineyard for a special day on an island excursion. Falmouth has so much to do with a bustling downtown with loads of delicious restaurants and fine dining to specialty shops with that local flair!

Great house, great location, close to the beach and short drive to town. Home owner was very attentive and quick to reply to questions. House was very clean and had every amenity you would need for a long stay. I would highly recommend staying there if you are looking for a nice relaxing time.

Absolutely beautiful home! Conveniently located and well appointed, it was perfect for our annual girlfriend trip. We enjoyed hanging out in the comforts of home after a day of sightseeing and didn't mind the rainy day snuggled up inside watching movies. The owner, Sue, was responsive and great to work with.

The house was perfect! On a quiet, dead end street with easy access to downtown Falmouth and a beautiful pond just down the street. The interior was so clean and well thought out, it honestly looked better in person. Everything we needed was provided. All of the rooms were lovely! We especially loved the kitchen with the banquette. We’d definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at this beautiful beach house. The house is located on a quiet residential street with easy access to many attractions. Amazing home in a great location

We just stayed at this property and I was thoroughly impressed. We had two couples with 3 total children and there was plenty of space to lounge and eat without being cramped. The home was extremely clean/ so tastefully decorated and they had everything you needed to feel comfortable and to use at the beach. The location in the Maravista area was great because it is peaceful/close to everything for those odds and ends you need, or for the beach/downtown!

My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful, upgraded home. Its close proximity to the beach, stores and Falmouth Village made it the perfect Cape Cod vacation location. My only regret is that we were not able to spend more time here. If you seek a beautifully appointed home to relax and spend quality time with your family, this is the place.

Falmouth Gem

This home is better than advertised. Clean, clean, clean….very nicely furnished and stocked (dishes, utensils, pots & pans) tastefully decorated. Recent remodel shows! Short walk to Great Pond path and Bristol Beach. Super close to Island Queen, downtown Falmouth, and great location for upper Cape excursions. Give Shipwrecked restaurant a try for lunch or dinner…..worth the wait. 👍👍

We absolutely loved this place. If anything, the pics and reviews don’t even do it justice. The place was beautiful and charming. The location was beyond perfect. The property owner/manager was so accommodating. The home was so clean and beautifully decorated. The overall experience and accommodations were perfect. I honestly can’t say enough good about this place other than we can’t wait to return. Thank you for having us and for the memories we created here. Hope to be back soon!

Wonderful Weekend In spite of a Difficult time

We rented this house for the weekend of June7-11, as we were in Falmouth to bury my Mom in the National Cemetery. None of us had been in Falmouth or even Cape Cod since 1he passing our our Dad in 2018. The house was a lovely, welcome respite for us with a great location. In spite of the rain one day, we found plenty to do and the location was convenient to everything. Our host, Susan, was incredibly responsive, the house was neat and clean with a well appointed kitchen, and a cozy feel. We hope to be back.

AMAZINGLY CLEAN!!!

My husband and I were looking for a quick "break away" for the long weekend and we're so happy to find this home. We have rented from VRBO many times but this home tops our list! Probably one of the cleanest and most beautifully decorated! Plenty of storage in the bathrooms, refrigerator and bedrooms. There were not a lot of "leftovers" (clothes in closets, condiments , owners belongings left out) so you felt like the home was there just waiting you!! Sue was super sweet to work with.. can't wait to return!

PERFECT GETAWAY!

What a wonderful vacation house this is! It is beautifully decorated and so very welcoming! The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. This cape house had everything we could want and more. There is room for privacy and areas where we could all be together. We had everything we needed to eat in and so many wonderful places to eat out. For those who wanted activity there was much to choose from in the community. And for the ones who wanted a quiet week-end it was perfect. We were not from the area and found the information provided for us by the owner to be so helpful. We plan to return again and would definitely recommend this special place. Truly a home away from home!

Excellent vacation property

Our family of six was very comfortable in this beautifully decorated home. I can confirm all of the fantastic reviews for this property. Here are our highlights: the outdoor shower gets sun in the late afternoon - perfect after a long day of sightseeing and/or beach going. Biking, walking, and jogging can all happen safely right from the property. We biked to the Woods Hole lighthouse, which was a fun 10 mile loop. (Some of the ride was on busy roads.) The pond at the other end of the road has a nice gravel path with great views. It’s just over a couple of miles to walk that path and then return to the house. The back deck is perfect for family meals or morning coffee. The homeowners were very thoughtful about making this a great rental and it shows!

Beautiful Home is Falmouth

We've been using VRBO (HomeAway) for a decade now. Each time we arrive at our location, we hold our breath as we open the door. This time we were in awe of the home. It surpassed the photos. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The AC was so appreciated as it was a pretty hot and humid week. The double living rooms were perfect. Furnishing were beautiful and very comfortable. We felt we walked into a designer's showcase. The location was .7 miles to the beach down the road and Great Pond which was in the opposite direction was even closer. There was a beautiful walkway along the pond, the breeze was lovely, and the views were spectacular. The neighborhood was extremely well kept and neighbors were very friendly. Location is close to shopping and many good restaurants. We had a great time. If I could give this review 10 stars, I would.

Lovely Home, Great Lication

Lovely, designer decorated home (but cozy & comfy) with all the amenities. Nice water views from the deck. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants overlooking the ocean. Grocery shopping right down the street. We loved our stay and would definitely return.

Wonderful Christmas in Falmouth

My mother and I were looking for a property in Falmouth for the Christmas holiday to be close to family in town. Susan was wonderful to work with and decorated the home prior to our arrival. It felt as though we were home for Christmas with the lights, trees, candles in the window, etc. The property is well maintained, beautifully decorated, and the Nest thermostat kept the entire home nice and warm during the colder evenings. Susan even left a little welcome gift in the fridge that was delicious! Hoping to rent again in the future! Thank you Susan and Colin!

Beautiful and convenient

The photos don’t do the house justice! Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The location was a great jumping off spot for day trips to Martha’s Vineyard and other areas of the Cape, and our two boys loved the walk to the local beach with the wagon the owners thoughtfully made available. Sue and Colin were very responsive hosts and made the week as easy as possible!

Wonderful Week with Family

We were all happy with this rental. Recommendation to bike enthusiasts, bring helmets. The Shining Sea Bikeway is fantastic but is about one and a half miles from house through busy narrow streets. The house was so comfortable and met all our expectations and more. Walks along the water path were inspiring.

Wonderful Beach House

Loved the house and all the little extras included. Bikes, beach chairs, boogey boards. The house is beautifully decorated. Quiet neighborhood. Walk to a small beach that my two year old grandson loved and drive to many others.

My husband and I fell in love with Falmouth years ago when my Mom moved here. We found this home and knew it was meant for us. We loved the location and amazing water views and the layout was perfect for entertaining. I run my own interior design business and with the help of my professional colleagues and diy hubby we made this house our beach home dream come true! I know your going to love it too!

Why they chose this property

We love this property for the location! Falmouth has everything, best beaches, vibrant downtown, amazing restaurants, waterfront bars and great shopping. You can take the island queen ferry over to Martha's Vineyard for an island excursion or grab a bike and hit the bike trail!! If you bring your water toys we have a boat dock across the street to launch your kyacks and paddle boards! Within walking distance we have a grocery store, movie theatre, bowling alley, fish market, pizza and even a Walmart for the essentials you forgot to pack!

What makes this property unique

There are a lot of things I love about this home particularly the deck over looking the water. There is something special about dining by the water with the sun setting and the al fresco lights going on that makes drinks and dining feel magical.
I also love the 8 ft custom banquette we installed in the kitchen. It has 3 windows inviting the light and breeze into the kitchen with tons of cozy cushions and a huge trestle table perfect for a big family feast or a game of scrabble (my fave).
We also built custom cabinets and bookshelves in the living room with an antique beam mantle which I love! The cabinets are stocked with tons of dvds, games and puzzles. A massive tv is mounted over the mantle with complimentary xfinity.
