The Arches Country House boasts 11 ensuite bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a large entertaining space with a pool table making it the perfect retreat for large family holidays, a golfing break or an adventure staycation.



The Space:

You’ll have full access to the property during your stay which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a large communal area, a dining room, 11 bedrooms and a large outdoor space. Packed with charm, the communal area benefits from exposed beams, an open fireplace and original stone archways, which is where the property gets its name from.



There is ample seating and a pool table so it's the perfect spot to relax and socialise with your loved ones.



The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, two fridges, two freezers and two range cookers. The dining room has seating for up to 24 people so you can gather everyone together and enjoy meals together.



The Arches Country House boasts 11 bedrooms each with Freeview TV and an ensuite bathroom. The Neighborhood:

The Arches Country House is located in North Yorkshire, just a stone’s throw from the Cleveland Way National Trail and the stunning coastline. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, you’ll be met with views of the North Sea and Hummersea Cliffs as you approach the property. The site is surrounded by Hunley Hall Golf Club making it an idyllic location for golfers and non-golfers alike. The Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea is just 2.5 miles from the property. Here you’ll find a long stretching beach and a charming town centre with local pubs, restaurants and cafes. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.



Getting Around:

The Arches Country House is within 35 minutes’ drive time of Saltburn, Staithes, Sandsend, Whitby and Middlesbrough. It is also within walking distance of the Cleveland Way National Trail so you can explore lots of the coastline on foot easily. The property is roughly one mile from the nearest bus line and the closest train station is Saltburn which is a short 10-minute drive by car. There are train routes to Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington with connecting trains to Newcastle, York, Leeds, Manchester and London.
