A delightful, well equipped, upside down house, no carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs. The ground floor has 2 double bedrooms and a washroom/toilet. The beautifully decorated, comfortable lounge, kitchen and bath/shower room are on the upper floor. The Kitchen is fully equipped and has quality domestic appliances. There is Private parking for 1 car and a little courtyard garden at the rear of the house with garden furniture. Situated in a quiet corner of the city, the main shopping area and all amenities are just a few minutes walk away. The Railway Station and Bus Station are very close by. Perth is the gateway to the Highlands with towns of various character and many quaint villages within an hours drive for daily outings. There are many restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes and budgets. I will send you my GUESTS APP before you leave home. The information on the house helps you to quickly know what is available and where to find everything. There are useful suggestions for places to eat, places to see, and emergency telephone numbers should you require them. We stayed for the golf week at king james and this property was perfect location for the golf and the city centre. Everything you can think of has been considered by linda and her communication is great. Look forward to staying again.

My wife and I loved this property conveniently located close to the bus and train stations which made a rental car unnecessary. By train and bus we were able to venture out into Perthshire and beyond visiting distilleries, castles, highland games and other sites coming back to the flat in the evening for some relaxation in the cozy lounge. The host Linda was quick to respond to all inquiries and even provided a mobile app with information about the property as well as things to see and do in the area. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

The property was very clean and had high end furniture within. Very handy for pubs and restaurants, within walking distance. The owner was very quick to respond to any queries we had. Check in was easy.
Only downside is the house is right next to the train line. It didn't bother us unduly, but you can hear them going by. We were happy with the trade off for the good location though!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay. We hiked during the day and walked around the city at night. Lots of beautiful sights and bars/coffee shops on every corner. An hour from Cairngorms National Park and plenty of easier hikes just down the way. The house was immaculate and perfect for a couple. Lounging in front of the TV was also a nice break from activities.
