House open space where all the rooms are on the same floor and comfortable layout. It has a large dining room, 3 good sized bedrooms, comfortable kitchen, wardrobes, private pool, terrace, ideal for barbecues with family or friends yard, in addition to a fireplace in the main room.

The house has air conditioning and heater in each room. Located next to recreational sites, one minute walk to the beach and back exit to a large playground.

It has all the elements needed to make your stay comfortable summer, pleasant and relaxing.
