Move through the entrance hall of this upside-down property to find a utility room, family bathroom with a freestanding bath and slate tiles, plus three bedrooms – a twin room with sea views, a king-size with sea views plus a super-king-size with sea views and an en-suite. Stairs lead to the first floor with a stylish and bright living space. The kitchen is made up of bespoke Birch plywood units with steel and slate surface tops and elegant patterned tiling. Dine with your guests at the table and chairs next to the lounge with a large sofa in front of the wood burner. Additional seating can be found next to the glass balcony doors – which is perfect for unwinding with a good book.

While staying in the charming village of Woolacombe, you’ll have the vast sandy beach 0.5 miles away, plus an array of independent restaurants serving freshly caught seafood and cafes (0.5 miles). If you’re a history enthusiast, check out The Woolacombe Memorial (0.5 miles).
