BEAUTIFUL MEDITERRANEAN VILLA JUST 12 MINUTES BY CAR FROM MORAIRA AND ITS FANTASTIC SANDY BEACHES



Solhabitat Colina Panoramic Views is located in a very quiet area, with great privacy and hardly any neighbors, and at the same time just 4 minutes by car from the urban center of Benitachell where you will find numerous shops, restaurants and supermarkets. About 12 minutes away is the small fishing village of Moraira, internationally known for its fantastic sandy beaches and its modern marina. About 14 minutes away you will be surprised by the spectacular coves and cliffs of the Benitaxell coast, and to the north, just 13 minutes away you will enjoy the famous town of Javea with its lively promenade full of restaurants and trendy venues.



In this villa you will enjoy beautiful views of the valley with the sea line in the background. It is perfect for a quiet vacation as it has several relaxation areas on the terraces and around the pool; Comfortable armchairs, sofas and loungers to enjoy the sun and good weather.



The house has a capacity for 7 people and is distributed over two independent floors. On the main floor there is the kitchen, the living room, the main terraces and 2 bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is an apartment with a separate entrance that has a bedroom with 2 single beds, a living room with a single sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower and a small kitchenette (without a stove).



The house has Wi-Fi, satellite TV, air conditioning on the upper floor, central heating, fireplace, outdoor barbecue and covered parking.



IMPORTANT:

Groups of young people under 30 are not allowed, unless they are accompanied by an older adult. If this rule is not met, entry will be denied and there will be no option for a refund.

No pets of any kind are permitted. We are sorry.

Mass gatherings are not allowed. Only visits from friends and family are permitted. Overnight stays in the home are not allowed to exceed its capacity.

Smoking and lighting candles inside the home are prohibited.

Everything at the villa was perfect and the service from the team at Solhabitat is amazing, nothing is too much to ask and the response time is almost immediately. Pool is great, space is great, rooms spacious, lots of storage, bathrooms excellent, aircon excellent, outside space great, lovely view, easy to access Jávea, Benitachell, and Moraira… a great place to stay. Solhabitat are very responsive and made everything easy and enjoyable. Supermarkets close by car. More towels, more bedding

Wunderschöne Villa mit viel Charme und Details

Pool, Lage, grosszügige Terasse mit gut ausgestattetem Zubehör, Grill, gute Küchenausstattung Einliegerwohnung ist alt und müsste dringend renoviert oder dann gar nicht mehr angeboten werden. Die Küche in der kleineren Wohnung ist schmuddelig. Der Geruch in der Einliegerwohnung ist abgestanden und es riecht nach Feuchtigkeit

Sehr schönes Haus mit super Ausblick

Das Haus mit diversen Terassen , Pool und einmaligen Ausblick hat uns sehr gefallen . Wir hatten 17 wunderschöne Tage dort. Selbst bei Regen kann man schön auf einer der großzügigen Terassen verweilen . Obwohl das Haus schon etwas in die jahre gekommen ist ,ist alles super gepflegt , teilweise erneuert und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden was man so braucht . Die Gartenanlage war sehr gepflegt mit tollen Pflanzen ,die bei uns leider so nicht wachsen . Das einzige was nicht so schön war, ist das sich niemand in den 17 Tagen um den Pool gekümmert hat . Zwei mal war wohl jemand Nachts oder in den frühen Morgenstunden dort und hat einen Wasserschlauch in den Pool gelegt. ( Keine Ahnung warum ?!) aber sauber gemacht wurde er leider nie . Das grobe haben wir mit dem Käscher selbst gemacht , aber was sich auf dem Boden so angesammelt hat, konnten wir nicht entfernen.

traumhafter Pool, schönes Haus mit super Außenbereich

Das Haus ist super! Wir hatten alles in allem einen tollen Aufenthalt. Vor allem der Pool hat uns einen sehr schönen Urlaub und Erholung ermöglicht. Der Pool ist das Highlight des Hauses. Abstriche gibt es dennoch: Zuerst einmal, Solhabitat Moraia hat sich durchweg als erreichbar und hilfsbereit, lösungs- und kundenorientiert verhalten. Solhabitat bekommt von uns eine verdiente positive 5 Sterne Bewertung (vgl. homepage/google). Unsere hoffentlich konstruktive Kritik bekommt solhabitat (mit Fotobelegen) und wir gehen davon aus, dass das Solhabitatteam sich bei der Instandhaltung und Klärung der Punkte genauso souverän und kundenorientiert verhält, wie in unserem Urlaub bei zwei kleinen Problemen, die zeitnah zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit geklärt wurden. Zum Haus mit Pool Für uns das wichtigste waren der Pool, zwei Bäder und ein Schlafzimmer. Haben wir bekommen. Zum Glück, denn die untere separate Einliegerwohnung ist in unseren Augen im Moment so nicht nutzbar. Zum einen liegt das am stark abgestandenen Geruch (Schimmel?), zum anderen an der quasi nicht vorhandenen Ausstattung. Die Küche ist nicht nutzbar, da ausser die Küchenzeile kein Kücheninventar vorhanden ist und der Kühlschrank defekt ist. Sonst wäre die Wohnung echt cool. Zum Haupthaus! Ein wirklich tolles Haus mit viel Platz, innen wie auch aussen. Leider ist es aus unserer „deutschen“ Sicht schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es hätte dringend etwas Aufmerksamkeit und „Liebe“ in Form von kleineren Renovier

Ausgezeichnete Villa an ruhiger Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattete Villa. Liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Sehr ruhige Lage. Evtl. bessere Anleitungen der Geräte. Beim Ofen mussten wir zuerst alles ausprobieren, bis wir ihn verwenden konnten. Beim Grill wären auch Instruktionen bez. Anschliessen des Gases und der Handhabung wünschenswert gewesen. Ansonsten alles sehr gut.
