Perfect property and location

We had a wonderful stay in the house. Fully equipped, we had everything that we needed, the reverse air conditioning was very welcome on a colder evening. Very well located for supermarket, bus stop, walks to Las Coloradas and Playa Blanca. The heated pool was delightful. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful bonus family holiday in Lanzarote

Hi, we have enjoyed so much our stay in Suzana's house. It is so cosy, near to the ocean - 6 minutes walking - and has all the accesories and household devices you need to an individual holiday to cook and enjoy your time. It's sure we have spent almost all our time on the road discovering Lanzarote and was such a great pleasure arriving at our beautiful rental home at night where we could rest, bath in the swimming-pool, dine and have great family-time together. We recommend it 💯❤️ Don't miss it!

February stay in Playa Blanca

The house has everything you need for a stay in Playa Blanca. Be aware that you have residents living next door, they can be noisy at times, not enough to spoil your holiday. Suzana is aware of this and is going to look into it. For us it was a little too far out from Playa Blanca, but overall a good experience.

Great Place

We stayed here for a week and it was great. Checkin instructions were easy and well delivered the day before arrival. The property was spotless. There was even some essentials as a welcome upon arrival. The location is great, one straight road, 20 min walk into town. The rooms were comfortable. Suzana was great with quick responses. We had a slight problem (pool was a bit cold, I know, first world problems right) but Suzana got in touch with the maintenance guy and it was sorted that same day. Would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet, private, well managed stay on Lanzarote.

relaxing break

villa in good position 2 supermarkets and afew pubs and resturants easy walking distance and the marina rubicon nice walk two or three different routes to take all about 15 to 20 min lot of resturants in this area.from here to playa blanca another good walk along the promanard a good 30 to 40 min right to the port passing shops and resturants on the way all very good clean and tidy .we had two little problems when we arrived but were sorted right away KINDEST REGARDS.

Gelungener Lanzarote Urlaub

Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden und die schönsten Strände der Insel sind ganz in der Nähe (Auto erforderlich) Ebenso ist das Meer und der Hafen mit vielen Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Schöne Terasse mit Pool on Top. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen :)
