Family Town House, VillaMartin, Costa Blanca
Casa Amour is our lovely private family town house built in modern traditional style and set out over 2 floors. 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, . There's a modern kitchen and living area. There's access to a lovely private pool shared with a few other private residents. Please note it is NOT a sole private pool but is hardly used and remains quiey. It gets the sun all day. VillaMartin is one of the most delightful small towns on this stretch of the Costa Blanca Cost and surrounds the popular Villamartin Plaza with fantastic restaurants, cafes and international golf courses. La Zena Beach is 10 min drive ans some of the best sea views.
There are restaurants, bars and 24 hour shop within 1 mins walking distance from the house.
About 20 mins walk we have all the local super markets, Mecadona, Aldi and the Chinese Market place.
Please be aware that our swimming pool is communal but is private for home owners only. It very rarely gets used by the residents and this is not a holiday complex so you can be assured it is always quiet.
