About the host
Hosted by Katie Victoria Fisher
I'm based in Dorset and I've been a host for almost a decade. I really love to help groups of people, just like me and my family / friends, have a memorable time together. I truly believe in living our best life and if I can contribute to that in some small way for others, then that makes me very happy.
Why they chose this property
I grew up in Dorset and had this fabulous coast available to me every day - I didn't appreciate the true beauty and value of it until I went travelling at 30 years old.
I think I opened my eyes to the beauty of our world for the first time in this travelling phase of my life. When it was coming to an end, I spent some time thinking about where I wanted to live in the UK, and I realised that I wanted to live in Dorset again because it is honestly one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen.
Poole Harbour, the Jurassic coastline, Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Kimmeridge, Swanage, Wareham, Corfe Castle, Christchurch, The New Forest and many more places are truly stunning places to visit, learn from and enjoy.
There are a huge amount of sports and activities available here, and so many options for having a fabulous time with the people that I love.

What makes this property unique
This house is a really spacious and homely place inside. So many people say that they love it when they come to stay. It's got lots of traditional features and Victorian charm. The light and airy rooms are large and are mostly family rooms. The second floor rooms are the same size as the first floor rooms so everyone is happy.
