This property fit our family perfectly. We had a wonderful stay. There were young children with us so we appreciated the short walk to the beach. The open concept of the condo made it very comfortable for all of us.

The house was very nice and spacious is a great location. You could possibly use new pillows and comforters in the guest bedrooms.. and it would be really great if there were an elevator since it’s on the third floor. But we did enjoy our time there.

Great place. Recently renovated. Nice for large families. Plenty of space. Parking is good, although only one person can get out on the end. Pretty close to a lot of things to walk to. Would have been nice to have screen on the outside porch for the bugs. Overall a great place

the only tough spot is crossing highway one, especially for the grandkids. drivers are not very attentive and really had to watch the crossing.

This was our second time staying at this property, it is absolutely amazing. Perfect location, although looking at the mini golf course across the street makes one yearn for Ed’s. . We were easily able to navigate around Dewey & catch the Jolly Trolly to Rehoboth from this central location. Our dog especially loved the beach. Tiffany was a great communicator - awesome experience, beautiful home. 10/10 would recommend.

Our family loved this unit and the location at Dewey Beach. Did have some minor issues but Tiffany addressed them quickly. Our family gave this unit a big 10 rating, we might book it again in the future!!

Overall the condo was great. Great layout. Great location. The only reason we are giving a 5 star review is because we had a few issues. The keurig didn’t work but the host replaced it very quickly. The outdoor fan didn’t work which was an issue for us because it was humid and buggy while we were there. Lastly the beach chairs were on their last legs and 2 of them actually broke when we sat in them and the beach umbrella was broken.

Dewey Beach stay

Great property! Everything from location to the layout/decor of the house was first class! Everything was all on one floor, but was really spacious for the group we had (8 adults). Great kitchen space, outdoor deck, etc. Would definitely stay here again!
