YourHouse Can Jaume, private finca with swimming pool in Artà

Welcome to Artà and to this charming finca with private pool, where 2-6 guests find a quiet second home for their holidays.



Artà, in the east of Mallorca, is famous for the old town, its cobbled streets and the weekly market. In the village you will find many restaurants, shops and cafés. We recommend a visit to the Sanctuary of Sant Salvador, the Caves of Artà and the beaches of Canyamel and Cala Agulla. A car is necessary.



The 2-storey finca has a private chlorine pool with a size of 3 x 7 meters and a maximum depth of 1,9 meters. Surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and a parasol, it is a favourite place for our guests to sunbathe. A very large natural garden with olive and fruit trees belongs to the finca. The porch with barbecue invites you to celebrate great evenings with friends and family.



Our guests have a living room with satellite TV and a kitchen-dining room with gas hob and good equipment to prepare their favourite dishes. The three bedrooms are very comfortable and there is one with double bed and en-suite bathroom and two more with 2 single beds. Apart from that, there is a separate bathroom with shower, Wifi and fans.



Please note:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved during high season. The Ecotasa must be paid before arrival.



Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.
