No smoking or e-cigarettes.. Foxstones Farm House dates back to the 1600s, originally being one large hall, now functioning as three properties. Formerly a dairy and beef farm, the property has been carefully looked after by the same family for around 90 years; the current owners being the third generation of the same family! A truly special and tranquil place, the owners are opening the doors to holidaymakers to continue to create more lasting memories for others to enjoy! Foxstones Farmhouse provides a comfortable, grand and unforgettable stay! The spacious master bedroom benefits from a king-size bed, leather couch & ample storage. Soak up the sun through the double windows and enjoy the peace of the countryside. The second bedroom has two single beds, with beams and mullion windows, with views of the countryside at the rear of the property. A further third bedroom overlooking the front garden has a single bed, chest of drawers, storage unit and bedroom chair.
Situated in the quiet village of Cliviger, near Burnley Lancashire. Ideally located to visit the whole of the North West of England, with countryside, bustling cities and the seaside, all accessible within an hour. The village has a hairdresser, a shop, a petrol station, pubs and much more! Down the stone steps, you are greeted by a cosy but spacious front garden with a table and chairs, which is the perfect area for BBQs or a quiet breakfast while planning your day’s activities. Entering the property you will find a tiled porch and grand entrance hallway. To the right you will find a spacious living area containing everything you need for a relaxing break. There is a three-seat sofa, rocking chair and armchairs, TV and dining table.
Through the door, you will find a separate utility room housing a washer and dryer, with a door leading to the rear enclosed courtyard. Through the modern kitchen, there is a dining table seating five where you can enjoy your home-cooked meal or relax and experience a local takeaway. The kitchen is provided with everything you need to make you feel at home. Fully equipped for anything, the property benefits from a large electric aga which the owners would use as a source of heating in the winter! The property benefits from a downstairs bathroom with a shower cubicle, low-level WC and pedestal wash hand basin.
Wander upstairs where you will find the spacious master bedroom, a perfect place where you can unwind from a fabulous day of exploring. The second bedroom consists of two single beds and the third bedroom has another single bed. A traditional and spacious house bathroom benefitting a large corner bath, low-level toilet, bidet and sink.

Lovely farmhouse, well equipped, audios and comfortable. We loved it!
Super base for exploring local area, with great pubs and take away close by. We loved it!
Owners were lovely and really helpful. They provided a wonderful welcome pack when we arrived, free us subs great recommendations for places to visit and were even able to help us with some fresh eggs from their farm.
We had a lovely break and will definitely be coming back!
