Clean, attractive, spacious, and comfortable apartment in central location in Florence. Teenage sons enjoyed having their own spaces upstairs and adults appreciated huge master bedroom with beautiful ceiling and decor. Highly recommend!

Great Stay In Firenze

We stayed here recently with our teenage kids (family of 4). The staff and check in process was excellent and they accommodated early check in which is great when traveling by train with a lot of luggage. Location is great, beds are comfortable and you have all the amenities you need in this spacious apartment. We appreciated having both a washer and dryer mid-trip to wash clothing. No complaints, the master bedroom is beautiful and so is the building itself.

Florence getaway

I would highly recommend this apartment. We were a family for 4 (2 teenagers) and everyone had their own space after a long day of tours. Great location to all the major sites and the check in was smooth.

Lovely room in a perfect location

We loved our stay in Florenec. The apartment is well located near the duomo and central market. No more than 10 mins walk from everywhere. Francesco was a great host that was very helpful and friendly. This was perfect for our family our 4 (one couple, two single people) and everything was clean and beautiful.

This ancient palace has been remodelled into 6 apartments…large and unique with modern conveniences. Filippo was professional..communication was a breeze and he had excellent information. Literally 3 blocks to the duomo tons of shopping cafes and great restaurants from panini to pasta espresso and pastries. Outdoor market is also just a couple blocks away. I would be happy to stay again. Very comfy beds and full kitchen. Adorable balcony off the upstairs bedroom and the master bedroom is what I’m assuming used to be the grand salon complete with 20 foot painted ceiling …ancient marble fireplace.. free wifi super comfy beds.

Beautiful apartment in great location

We especially loved the location, just a short walk to the Duomo, on a very nice street and near nice places to eat and shop. The property is beautiful. The elevator made it possible for our daughter, who's in a wheelchair, to stay with us. There was one step up entering the building, and two steps down to the downstairs bathroom, which she was able to manage. The rest of us were ok with going up and down stairs to the other sleeping areas. The apartment would work fine as long as a person is capable of taking a few steps up or down. That was our biggest challenge coming to Italy was finding accommodations with lift or elevator in the older historic buildings so we were glad this worked out so well. We really enjoyed our stay.

Florence trip Sept 2023

The property is lovely and in an amazing location. Our hosts were great and responded very timely to any questions we had. However, there are some caveats to take into consideration before renting: The 2 smaller rooms are up a steep stairs with little storage/closet space. Upstairs bath is very small and the shower would be tight for a tall/larger person (I am an average 5'4" woman). Balcony is only accessible up the stairs from the "loft bedroom", not off the kitchen/dining room as we thought it would be. Beds were comfortable but did not have a top sheet, only a duvet was provided. I was able to get a sheet from someone in housekeeping that I saw in the hallway. The kitchen & baths were clean, but the floors could use a good mopping, bare feet and socks ended up very dirty, hence the 3 stars not a higher rating. The TV, chairs and couch pictured are located inside the huge MBR not a separate living room. This was not an issue for us, but could be for others. Coffee and laundry directions were not provided, so Google was required to figure out how to use both.
