Rest House is a spacious, light filled 3 bedroom house on the edge of one of Cornwall's most beautiful, unspoilt sandy bays. The house has recently been stylishly and lovingly renovated to create an exceptional holiday home. Just 3.5 miles from Newquay, Holywell Bay is quiet and peaceful, a perfect escape from the crowds. A few steps from the house are the dunes that lead to the bay and the South West coast path. The huge balcony is a perfect place to enjoy the stunning sunsets over the water. As well as the three bedrooms, there is also a double sofa bed in one of the common areas and a free to use electric car charger.

Fabulous location!

Lovely House in wonderful location overlooking the dunes. Well equipped & nice touch with some basic essentials provided. The family & pooches loved it.

Holywell holiday

Property was in a great location, ideal for 6 adults but with living accommodation upstairs difficult for the 1 yr old. A few minor problems but host extremely helpful, parking for more than 1 car a bit of an issue.

Very comfortable, clean, well equipped, modern and exquisitely located. Sunset views from the balcony facing due west a highlight. Be advised to bring bin bags and toilet tissue as the former are not provided and the latter only a single roll provided. Glorious week of coastal walks and beach access from the front door in a quiet village without through traffic or other attractions.

Perfect family beach holiday!

Absolutely loved it! We are a family of 5 with 3 kids (9-15) and dog. The location is stunning and the best we have stayed at for beautiful sand dunes (30 seconds walk away!), beach and sea! In addition it’s location is ideally placed for great walks and just a short drive to the centre of Newquay for the shops restaurants and surf! The house is really clean and well equipped with amazing views especially at sunset! The owners were really helpful and responsive to our messages and they even found a friendly neighbour to loan us some sellotape for my daughters birthday. We will be back 100%. Thank you Debbie!

Fab beach location

If you are looking for a property that is a stones throw from the lovely Holywell beach then this is it. We have just enjoyed a great few days with many generations of our family. The views are great and so easy for the kids to grab boards and head to the beach. It is an upside property in that the living space is upstairs to enjoy the views and the sleeping accommodation is downstairs. Lovely comfy beds. Go stay there and enjoy those waves and walks.
