The cottage is well equipped, comfortable and cosy. We particularly enjoyed the efficient log burner which took the chill off the glorious autumnal days we were happy to experience.
The location is excellent. The Plough in the village has excellent food and drink and friendly and efficient staff. It is only a few minutes walk away from the property.
We visited Whitstable, Herne Bay, Reculver, Faversham Quay and Canterbury all of which are within 40 minutes. These provided access to a coastline with character, historical interest and fantastic food. Lobster, mussels and monkfish on consecutive days. Bliss.
