Local feel away from tourists

Location - great: short walk to tram stop, (no physical ticket needed just tap your money card from home on tram ticket machine), 25mins tram ride straight into heart of Rome (plaza venecia). Walk around to see all the sites. The accommodation is in a nice safe area, feels safe at night. Has local cafe for coffee, bakery items and cakes, restaurants for delicious pastas, convenience shops all near by within 100m. Accommodation has everything you need for living/staying longer periods of time: laundry, wifi, air-conditioning. 1 double bed (room 1) and 2x single beds (room 2) there is a couch in living room but its really only 2 bedrooms. Has 2 W/C bathrooms & showers and was very clean and tidy. The internet access is good and there is a desk/study nook to set up and work from home. Lovely communication with Luigi who greeted us on arrival. Make sure you remembered to bring extra euro € for the nightly Rome tourist tax which is not included in your accommodation reservation payment.

Appartment is very nice and proper, big rooms, two nice bathrooms, good airconditioning, everything is present and available. Nice view from balcony at streetside. Small shops and supermarkets all around. Only thing to be aware of: It is situated in a part of the city a bit further from the touristic part(s). So it takes about 20 minutes by bus to Vatican City, or to Teatro Marcello/Piazza Venezia. But several busstops very close to the appartment, so with a little patience the possibilities to travel are plenty. (No metro station nearby) Besides, being part of the daily living in a normal residential area of Rome has definately its charms. Communication with owner is smooth and good, no suprises or whatsoever. I can recommend this appartment if you want to discover Rome without being in the very crowded touristic areas constantly. At least we had a great stay here, with two pretty critical teenage daughters who didn't complain at all (even Wifi is very good :-) ).

Séjour génial

Nous avons adoré notre sejour à Rome ! La ville est belle, verte il a fait beau, mais pas seulement... L'appartement est très bien situé, avec une bonne desserte en transports en commun. Il est calme (pas où très peu de bruit, tant dans la rue que dans l'immeuble), propre, agréable, fonctionnel, et tout autour c'est vraiment très agréable.
