Really enjoyed our stay, property exactly as described.

Really enjoyed our stay, property exactly as described. High standard of cleanliness. Kitchen well equipped, lovely sitting out area and stunning grounds. Good location lots to explore nearby beautiful towns and beaches and appreciated all the recommendations from the owners, good communication throughout. Very enjoyable week.

We had such a lovely holiday at The Lawns, so good we didn’t want to leave.

We had such a lovely holiday at The Lawns, so good we didn’t want to leave. It’s absolutely breath taking from the minute you enter Colmer Estate, a real hidden gem. The scenery is amazing There is so much to explore , woodland walks, kids play area and tennis court. The outside pool and indoor pool was a real hit. The indoor pool can be booked each day so we had the place to ourselves for 45 mins, which we did everyday and the kids loved it. Everything is so clean and well maintained.It’s a brilliant location central to so many great days out. Close to amazing beaches, popular attractions and a great restaurant/pub just a short walk away. The accommodation itself was immaculate, a lovely place to stay. A spacious open plan living area which opens up to a patio, which is lovely to sit and take in the amazing views. A large master bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds with the most amazing comfy beds. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could need. It was a real treat to stay in such an amazing place. Lorraine and Barry were amazing hosts giving us plenty of ideas of places to eat and visit. We can’t wait to come back next year and many more after.
