Nice view and big room!

Was a pleasure for us to stay at villa Massimo. The room is big and clean. There is a place to park a car in the yard. The neighborhood is quiet and the view to the city is very cool

While the pope's away Trev will stay.

Great room in a large house. Nice little kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. Leonardo is a nice friendly lady, very helpful. 20-30 minutes walk to castle Gandolfo and another to the lake public beach is small, but plenty of lido's. The view from the balcony at the house is to die for.

everything was disturbing except the nice balcony

+ nice balcony with a nice view - extremely loud host (dog, vacuming at 6am / 11pm) - worst location with no efficient public transport / almost impossible to go by car due to small roads - no real communication on the part of the host - almost no kitchen supplies - nothing in bathroom is working properly - very secluded —> no shops, restaurants, etc. nearby - no appropriate coffee machine as written in the description

I booked this property 5 weeks in advance of my trip. I caught a taxi to the property from the city centre only to find everything locked up and it looked abandoned. Called the contact number up to get hung up on then on the next call was told the property was no longer open. Heard nothing from the property prior to this and then had to find last minute accommodation as result. Very very disappointed.

Good enough for only the night

We messaged the owner a day before our arrival and haven’t got any response from him. After we contacted the booking website we got on a call with the owner (after 45 minutes of waiting in front of the house) we waited for around 3 hours in front of the house when the owner arrived. The bed sheets where dirty and had stains on it. No warm water. No WiFi as described. Loud neighbors. Amazing view from the roof and the AC was good. When your expectations are low it will be enough considering the price.

Great stay at great price in nice location

I was worried initially about staying due to some of the reviews, but I have to say my experience has been exceptional. I took my girlfriend away for her birthday and it was perfect for what I was looking for. Great price, lovely spacious room, own bathroom and shared kitchen facilities. Checking in was so easy as host waited up for us even after our flight was delayed and showed us around the accommodation. Great balcony with lovely views of surrounding area. Train to central Rome is a 20 minute walk away, so easy and in a nice village. There is a lovely lake (Castel Gandolfo) nearby which is stunning, only a 15 euro taxi. Missed the last train home from central Rome, but it was a 55 euro taxi which isn’t cheap but split between two is quite manageable. Overall had a very pleasant time, bed was comfy, room was large good kitchen and shower facilities, all at great value for money and within easy reach of central Rome and only 20 minutes by taxi from Rome Campiano airport. If you don’t mind getting the train into Rome would definitely recommend!

Albano, bien mais annonce un peu trompeuse

La chambre est superbe, grande (très grand lit) et avec un énorme balcon !Problème : la salle demain se trouve à l’extérieur de la chambre (porte d’en face).Il n’y a pas de cuisine, il y a un séjour en bas avec tables et canapés seulement.Localisation : à moins de 20 min en voiture de l’aéroport Ciampino / à 20 min à pied de la gare avec un départ de train qui va dans le centre de Rome (50min de train)…Communication : parfaite communication
