An American-styled open-plan kitchen, equipped with all of your modern amenities as well as an electric hob on the centre piece makes the cooking experience an absolute delight.



Of the 4 bedrooms, one is on the ground floor, the other 3 are upstairs. Every bedroom is bright and comfortable, ensuite and furnished tastefully to perfection. The closest shops are Mercadona & Aldi near Costa Natura Roundabout. Otherwise, other shops, entertainment, and restaurants/bars can be found within Estepona Old Town and Port.



El Nido Beach Club is a wonderful day spent and only 1km away. 2 Golf Clubs are also within 3 km radius of the home, Estepona Golf Club & Azata Golf Club.
